Realized I never caught the owner’s name, but the person who runs this place is an absolute gem. If you’re having iPhone problems in/near La Fortuna, get yourself here- you will be taken care of.

Former developer with Apple who really knows his stuff. He was able to immediately diagnose and then replace my water damaged phone screen in like 10 minutes. And I would have been happy for it to take longer because chatting with him was such a pleasure.

Try calling before you arrive- he might not be around during the published hours but he’s so responsive and speaks perfect English.

Within 30 minutes we were outside again with the iphone (…that had crashed from the first floor balcony the day before…) working again!! Excellent service. It saved our trip!!

Jose was helpful and fixed my iPhone without losing any of my photos or text messages. My wife and I are on day 3 of our 2 week honeymoon from the states, so when my iPhone wouldn’t turn on this morning I was a little bit worried. Thankfully we were in and out in less than an hour, the service was reasonably priced and my problem was solved. Thank you, sir!

So this Apple Geek is amazing! He is such an Apple PRO & really knows his business. My iPhone screen just stopped working and he did everything he cloud to fix it. If you have any problem with any Apple device - this is your guy! Gracias!!! Pura Vida!

We had an iPhone stuck in a reboot loop that could not be fixed with a hard reset, was super friendly and had the phone fixed and working that day without losing a single photo or video. 10/10 would recommend!

Très gentil, j’ai amené mon iPhone qui avait un problème de tactile. Il m’a fait un diagnostique et m’a proposé plusieurs solutions. J’ai choisis de changer mon écran pour un écran brisé mais dont le tactile fonctionne. Il a fait tout ça gratuitement

Ein absoluter Experte, der weiß, was er tut! Mein iPhone ließ sich nach einem Wasserschaden nicht mehr richtig bedienen und die Kameras waren innen beschlagen. In diesem Laden wurde mir sofort geholfen. Höchst professionell wurde mein iPhone für 110 Dollar vor Ort gereinigt und getrocknet. Absolut ein Segen, sodass wir am nächsten Tag weiterreisen konnten und ich mein iPhone auch auf dem Rest unserer Costa Rica Reise zum Fotos machen nutzen konnte. Danke nochmals!
