Very good casados as buffet style with good price. Casado was 3800 colones and one can choose meat with sauce and salad and ice tea drink included. A lot of locals eat here but there is no view

The best pit stop when going over Cerro de la Muerte. Good coffee, good cafeteria, lots of snacks. And cheap strawberries!

Food is great! Love their ham and cheese sandwich! Also has a convenience store. Great spot to stretch your legs and have a coffee.

Very sweet little market our business stopped at enroute to San Jose. They have a lovely variety of fresh fruits and snacks 😋

They have recently remodeled and the San Jose buses no longer stop here, so it's a more relaxing drop-off for a little grocery shopping and authentic, delicious Tico style food. Be sure to try the mountain trout ceviche!

A very complete store where you can find many different thinks to eat and bring home too... Also pretty nice flowers a recommend to make a stop on your way to SJ from PZ and vice versa
