Exceeded our expectations! The place the rooms and especially the kitchen was far better then expected. The food was very delicious and honestly the best food we received on our 3 week trip at costa rica. If you are interested in a unique place and great nature beside the beaten track - then I recommend the lodge strongly

This place was a pleasant surprise! They have great dinner and breakfast using ingredients from the farm surrounding the area. Much cooler temperatures being it is nestled high in the mountains! Makes for a pleasant sleep. The service and cleanliness is 10 stars! They have a 3km nature trail you can walk to check out the farm and see birds. 10 stars!

A hidden gem of a restaurant nestled in the mountains of Copey.

My only regret was not taking pictures of the beautiful and magnificent food they served us. One of the top farm-to-table experiences I've had in Costa Rica no doubt.

And one of those few places that deserve the drive there and back again for the food you'll have.

With great service, lovely details, and a supreme ambiance and location to top the food experience.

What a place! Beautiful views from very bare Bones, basic cabins, but they still have EVERYTHING you need. It's romantic, cute and relaxing. There's a 3km ficus trail behind the lodge with free entrance. Please do not skip dinner here, they make amazing foods and especially as a vegetarian, they managed to serve fresh, original, gourmet food for a low price, we were pleasantly surprised.

Place is marvellous! Location is superb, amazing views with nothing but birds singing and the green mountains around.
Staff is multi lingual and very friendly and is always available for any need! The lodge is beautiful, wooden warm hand built by the family.
A great escape from stressing life!

A place that makes you feel good.... Simple in the most positive way, authentic and honest. No overpromise with pimped up online pictures, but overdelivering in terms of quality of service. And this is not the American definition of service where fakes smiles are necessary to get the tip. But an intuitive way of being nice and kind. The food is very well prepared and from local farmers. Again, simplicity at its best. The view from the bungalow is the best screen one can have. Thank you for this experience Flory, Isaias and Jairo!

Awsome Stay. Lovely views, friendly personal and amazing food. The food is fresh and local and home made. (Can highly recommend the vegetarian avocado menu) Good place to relax between traveling.

It is a gorgeous place, nice staff, and stunning forest. It is the second time I visit. And I am for sure going back!

Amazing place

Es un hotel pequeño bastante bonito. Tiene espacios muy relajantes, chimeneas y camas muy cómodas. Es más un retreat de pareja que algo familiar porque no tiene tele ni juegos para niños. El restaurante fue una agradable sorpresa. Nos regalaron un repollo asado con mantequilla de ajo negro que estaba rico, los platos que pedimos también fueron bastante buenos.

Mi única queja es que cobran todo al final y no le dan a uno factura que la verdad deberían dar para ver el desglose de gastos.

Super tolles Hotel, umgeben von schöner Natur und hauseigener Kaffee- und Bananenplantage. Unser Highlight war die Kaffeetour, welche wir über das Hotel gebucht haben - ein absolutes Muss für Kaffeeliebhaber. Die Küche war ein Traum - super schön angerichtete, frische und leckere Küche. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Cedrella Eco Lodge ! Tout y est ! Les logements sont confortables en pleine nature.
Nous nous sommes régalés au restaurant : les plats sont excellents. Les produits sont de qualité, les associations sont recherchées... On s'est régalés. Mention spécial aux plats à base de truite notamment le ceviche de truite qui est délicieux.
Nous avons également fait une balade au milieu des caféiers et avocatiers super chouette !
La balade a la recherche des Quetzales proposé par l'hôtel est à faire également. Ça vaut le coup de se lever à l'aube pour aller observer ces oiseaux magnifiques !
Je recommande fortement cet endroit !!

Bellísimo lugar. Se come muy bien, platos fuera de lo común, deliciosos. Postres excelentes! Lindas las cabañas!

Simplemente espectacular. Un lugar muy tranquilo en dónde uno puede relajarse y ver todo tipo de aves de todos los colores al que espero volver pronto. El desayuno estuvo delicioso. Además, el trato y la atención es maravillosa.
