Restaurante El Trapiche

Cute little place to stop off for a snack. The drivers all definitely have a deal with this shop to stop in when bring a tour group from Monteverde to La Fortuna. It’s a good chance to relax for a few minutes, grab a bite to eat or drink and see beautiful countryside.

Our meal was delicious and the staff was so kind! Also great views and great options shopping in the store!

This was a good, quick, half an hour, stop for two hours in the road to Monteverde. The store had a good variety of souvenir items. The restaurant was good for coffee, ice cream, and baked goods.
