I brought my Macbook Pro to Alejandro. He was very kind and professionally helped me with my hardware problem. He also finished the work on short notice as I was leaving Quepos on the next day. I can recommend his services to anyone who has an issue with their computer on their vacation.

Alejandro's shop is a GREAT resource in Quepos/Manuel Antonio for technology support. We've used him to troubleshoot the modem setup from ICE, and then to install a better wifi system, which has been in use for over a year, and has been ROCK SOLID. My Macbook air stopped working and Alejandro got it taken care of in a timely manner. They problem solved everything, got my mac cleaned and fixed my charger port. I was very suprised they had mac parts and could do it so fast. They saved me as it was my work computer and was not expensive as it normally is for mac products. They did a great job and highly recommend them.

My laptop stopped working after arriving to Costa Rica. First thez got it fixed but it stopped working again after a week. Brought it there again and now it is not working at all. Would not recommend.

Lleve mi laptop para un cambio de pantalla, en el cambio le dañaron el tactil y no quisieron honorar la garantia.
Me toco llevarla a otro taller para el mismo trabajo (pero bien hecho) y a una fraccion de lo que ellos me cobraron.
