Adobe Car Rental Costa Rica - Quepos

We've rented from Adobe multiple times in the last few months and have had fantastic experiences with them! The cars have been nice, the service has been fantastic. They've been very flexible and worked with us when we needed to change our reservation. When possible, they drop off the car or pick it up from you.

Needed a car for 5 days one way to San Jose. Absolutely without any problem. Booked with whatapp. Gabriel and Alex always respond really fast. They speak good English. Fair deals.

Great and quick. First time in costa rica and they made it super seamless. I do suggest for anyone's first time in CR to get a 4x4 and not 2x2 especially if you will be visiting places that require off roading. I made the mistake of getting a 2x2 and it was tough getting around gravel and hills but we managed (at super slow speeds). Loved that there was free shuttle once you drop off the car to the airport which made it accessible and fast.

Quepos has the best group at Adobe! Their whole crew was very helpful when I needed them. Drove me to SJO airport from Manuel Antionio on a very late Saturday night. Even stopped at Subway for me. They go above and beyond in customer service! I wouldn’t rent from anyone else in Costa Rica. Pure Vida.

They are great and super helpful. Easy to pick up the car, everything was explained perfectly. When we had a problem they immediately helped us. Gregory was amazing, highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Adobe. My main guy that I dealt with was Pablo. He’s great and very helpful. He’s also great with communicating and getting things lined up. Upon my arrival , the car was dropped off at the hotel on time by 8am, I opted to use my credit card insurance so I only paid the rental charges and of course the deposit they hold. I had a great car was a white Hyundai and 4x4 due to my place of stay. Upon my return of the car, I had a 3 hour drive and a rock chipped the windshield unfortunately. Since I had opted out on insurance it was a quick claim they got all the paperwork for me that I needed to make my claim with my credit card insurance and they were quick as well. I did get my money back from my insurance once I provided all paperwork. I would highly recommend Adobe car rental and if you can, Pablo is the man to go to!

Spectacular service with no hidden fees. Got into an accident during the trip and thankfully had full insurance. Adobe was more worried about our trip rather than the state of their car. They generously provided my group with a private driver for the day until they got a new replacement car shipped over from San Jose. Could not speak more highly of Adobe's service and people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for rental cars in Costa Rica.

At first I wanted to say that we often traveled by rental car through the different countries (USA, Canada, Spain mainland and islands, Greece), so we already had a bit experience in various rental car departments.
The pickup in Rio Blanco (station at the gas station) was very pleasant and professional, everything was greatly explained and the car were also demonstrated as well as inspected together for any existing damages. The condition of the car (SangYong Corado) was good, not to be faulted for some reason.

Quepos Station Special:
After half of our 2 week stay, the trunk of our car was defect (probably plug of the switch gone off or broken). After a call at the rental station in Quepos, (about 10 km away from our hotel) a representative of them together with a mechanic arrived about 30 minutes later at our hotel to inspect the car.
After a short inspection of the car by the mechanic we were proposed to check whether they have a suitable replacement car available. The two drove back to their office and after about 1.5 hours, the colleague called me and said that they would have an appropriate car available and will be back with the replacement car in about 30 minutes. Another representative of the car rental company was then actually 30 minutes later at the hotel with the promised replacement car (Hyundai Tucson), made a new contract, explained everything and finally gone away.
Everything was completely transparent and perfectly handled in a record speed. I can only say "Chapeau" and great work.

Dropoff:
Car dropoff was finally in the airport station San Jose (Alajuela), also uncomplicated, professional and impeccable.
The station in Alajuela is easy to find, a bit narrow and full of other cars but easy to reach. After drop of the car, they brought us with their shuttle in about 10 minutes to the airport.

Es una empresa exelente yo viví en Quepos 27 años y por mucho tiempo me sirvió ahora vivo en puerto Jiménez lástima que no hay sucursal aquí en puerto Jiménez.

Nos ayudaron mucho con un robo que tuvimos en el coche, nos acompañaron a la policía y estuvieron atentos con nosotros todo el tiempo. Quedamos muy agradecidos.
