Absolutely lovely restaurant. There are 3-4 small tables in the front restaurant area, which directly connects to the family's home in the back. It's like dropping in to your cousins' or grandparents' house and getting a made-to-order homemade meal. Authentic, simple, and delicious food. Service is quick and there are a variety of options on the menu. The traditional casados are top-notch (although with the fish option the mahi-mahi was more deeply fried than expected).

I would come back here for lunch multiple times a week if I had more time in the area!

Von außen ein schnöder, sehr einfacher Schnellimbiss mit 3 Tischen in einer Seitenstraße. Aber das Essen ist einfach nur herausragend! Mit viel Liebe von der super freundlichen Inhaberin gekocht und auch noch richtig schön fürs Auge dekoriert. Hatten ein richtig gutes Casado und ein mega leckeres Chifrio. Richtig gute Portionen und super Preise. Und der nette Mann hat uns dann noch vom der in Rum und Zimt karamellisierten Banane mit Eis als Nachtisch überzeugt - zum Niederknien! Wir hätten hier alles erwartet, aber nicht eines der besten Essen in 3 Wochen Costa Rica Urlaub! Auf dem Weg zum oder vom Flughafen unbedingt anhalten und einkehren! Pura vida 🇨🇷 👍😋

Très bel accueil de la part d’Adrian, nous étions en voyage au Costa Rica avec ma femme et mon fils. Ce fut un réel plaisir de discuter avec lui. La cuisine est très bonne et les prix sont raisonnables. Nous avons même pu goûter les dessert typiques. Merci pour tout mon ami.
