We have been to Costa Rica three times and have always stopped here for lunch when driving from airport to La Fortuna. The food is delicious and portions are huge. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff. Reasonably priced too! Highly recommend stopping in for lunch. Rice with palm hearts, beef nachos and pork chop with rice all are amazing

Good place to stop while on a road trip. They got coffee and other sorts of drinks. I did not try any food however. The accept card payments so no need to worry about cash.

Lovely, quiet, clean restaurant with excellent, friendly service and great food. The talapia was fresh and cooked perfectly and the fresh pineapple slushie was the best I’ve ever had. And the roasted coconut pastry was delightful. We never would have found this place without our guide/driver Juan taking us there. But if you can find it, it’s worth the time.

Great stop on the mountainous drive from San Jose to Arenal. Clean, good"typical" Costa Rican food. Nice staff. We were there on a Friday evening and there were a few local couples out for a nice dinner together (a nice sign in a place you've never been)

Try the fried plantain, it is really good. If you are driving from San Jose to La fortuna and want to find an excellent off the beaten track restaurant, look no further than here!! Friendly service and great food.
