Food was amazing!!! Best we’ve had in Costa Rica yet (and everything else has been wonderful so far)! Super friendly staff. Absolutely clean and inviting environment. Highly recommended!

We came here off of a recommendation from a local guide and it did not disappoint!
The nachos were magic, the chips stayed crisp and had a lot of toppings! We also got a beef empanada, and a papaya chicken dish and it was beautifully done. What a great find!

This is the best Soda we went to with incredible and delicious food. Lety, the chef, makes your food on her own, and you’ll always see her with a smile. She really cares about what she makes and the presentation. She is trained at a culinary university in Costa Rica and her dishes are so tasty and also unique. The Papaya chicken was insane!!! And the natural fruit drinks are one of the best we’ve had.

OUTSTANDING FOOD! Cute little gem of a restaurant, an 8 minute walk from where we are staying.

The food is prepared fresh and quickly by the owner. Interior is half inside, half outside seating.

The burger I had makes my Top 3 list of "Best Burgers Ever". The flavor was amazing!

Great food and good service. We ended up eating here twice in our one night stay in Monteverde. The food was excellent, we tried the Casado, burger, chicken rice, empanadas, salad and pork in tamarind sauce and it was all great!

Such a wonderful little spot! Great food, great prices. Server was kind and helpful. Their Tamarindo Juice is delicious as was all of the food we ordered. My husband said that they have the best fried plantains he's ever tried. 100/10 would recommend!

I had the chicken with passion fruit sauce and my cousin had the seafood platter. The food was delicious and the owners were even kinder. I have a dairy allergy and they went out of their way to make food that was safe for me to eat. I also enjoyed the empanadas but didn’t take a photo. So yummy!

It is out of the central town area, but worth the walk. Local food (a Soda) and a family business. The food was good and affordable. Nice atmosphere. The workers were very nice and responsive. They spoke English if needed. Free Wi-Fi available. Enjoy!

Loved the casual vibe best I can describe it is a Costa Rican diner. Plenty of parking and just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Monteverde. The beef empanada was the best and the vegetarian fried rice dish was delicious! The host was also very friendly!

Delicious! We had the traditional Costa Rican chicken plate, and the chicken was so tender and flavorful. The ginger and mint lemonades were refreshing as well. Conveniently located near the B&B we stayed at. Would recommend!

I wish I could give 6 stars! I popped in for a quick bite and ordered the most delicious looking hand made empanadas I had ever seen! My taxi showed early and I couldn’t wait for my food. I asked the owner to give the empanadas to someone who came in hungry. He asked which hotel I was at, and proceeded to DELIVER MY EMPANADAS ON HIS MOTORCYCLE TO MY HOTEL!! They were still hot and just as delicious as I imagined. I can’t imagine this ever happening in the US and it’s exactly why I love Costa Rica! This is Pura Vida exemplified. I can’t wait to return and try more

Delicious! It was only two of us in the restaurant so the food came quickly. It was so tasty :) if we had stayed more nights I would have eaten here again!

Great soda! The staff were so friendly and the food was great. It is a tough parking space but our server came out and guided us out so that we didn’t hit rebar or fall in the drainage ditch. Great atmosphere! Eat here and not at the tourist trap restaurants like the tree house.

The food is amazing! Fried rice with shrimps was delicious with a lot of shrimps. The dish was full of taste, it is visible that they care a lot 👌😊

We liked this soda very much. We sat there very comfortably, the owners were very friendly and the food also tasted really good. A clear recommendation from us.

UM WOW, not only is this place tucked away in a beautiful part of town with a homey feel to it, but WHOSE IDEA was it to put gallo pinto with chicarrones in an empanada?! give them an award. I just finished eating it and had to leave a 5* review before eating my cheese empanada. This is my favorite meal in costa rica so far.

Very good food, friendly and English speaking staff. The place looks new and is very clean. The food is made freshly. I would recommend to try the fresh selfmade juice! We loved the Patacones!

Tasty, good prices, family atmosphere, convenient parking, to bite or to have lunch this is the place you wanted! Your coffee was great too!

Delicious! Loved the smoothies, so fresh, and the fish in garlic. Such kind staff as well.
