Il Giardino - Pizzeria a la leña

We loved this restaurant so much, that we returned there more times 😊 Food is excellent (both pizzas and pastas)! Service also great, and beautiful setting - lots of flowers :-) Simply perfect. And they have life music each Saturday evening, it was very interesting experience for us 👏

Our favorite restaurant by far in the area. Food, music, beautiful garden, wonderful service. Just a really special place where the locals go. If we had more time, we would have visited again.

Beautiful garten and interior with many flowers and beautiful lights in the evening. Very friendly staff und super delicious food. We had pizza and pasta and two cocktails. The cocktails could have been faster (empty restaurant due to early dinner) & the pasta portion a bit bigger.
Overall definitely recommend!!

Awesome Supreme Calzone, Pizza was exquisite.

The food (pizzas) were absolutely delicious. Never ate such a good Pizza outside of Europe. This restaurant absolutely recommendable. You have also to try the Tiramisu. The waiter - Rochel - was so friendly and charmin. We would love to come back and eat at Il Giardino again.

It was an excellent experience and a great price for what you get. Easily 10/10.

While touring in Costa Rica the hotel owner recommended Il Giardino Italian restaurant. The food and service was outstanding. The wine and cocktails were also very good. Well done indeed!

What an incredible dining experience! The pizza is amazing, and such large portions. The ambiance of the establishment is so beautiful. The staff are so friendly and professional. Very nice place hidden off the main road. Food was good, service was wonderful. We went back the next night too! The roasted tomato soup was delicious and the foccaicia was crusty chewy, salty and herby …sooo good! Watching the kitchen at work showed the amount of detail put into those laden steaming beautiful pizzas. Interesting local beer selection and good wine list too. Highly recommend.

I think this is the best food I’ve ever eaten in my life! Sautéed mushrooms and the beef kabob was absolutely fantastic!

I was in Orosi for 2 days and ended up eating twice here. Pizza of very good quality and the pasta was surprising spot on. I asked for Al Dente and that's what I got exactly. Not many restaurants serve both pizza and pasta of this quality. Well done to all involved.

The pizza is delicious, thin crust and ready quick. Friendly staff. This is my favorite restaurant in Orosi! It also has a beautiful flower garden in front which hummingbirds regularly visit. They also serve bottled craft beer.

Foccacia, calzones, and cold craft beers. Tie that to great service, and even live music the night we ate here. Definitely 5 star.

This place has its own a beautiful garden that sets it back from the street. you can sit at the rail and look at the gardens as the hummingbirds feed from the feeders right in front of you. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. Highly recommend!

Really loved this place. The pizza was great, and we're pizza snobs. Fast, friendly service. Can't wait to go back.
