Actual = 5 minutes! My expectation: 2 hours.

LOCATIONS
• Office: Professional. Reception. Waiting area. Clean, well-lit. In Ciudad del Río.

• Home/Hotel: I visit monthly (28 times so far 😁). The hotel option is very convenient for me. *** I respect that María Elena is an attractive professional; hopefully all men treat her as such ***

TREATMENT
• ORIF ankle surgery with chronic stiffness and inflexibility.
• SLAP tear of rotator cuff
• Ruptured ACL’s

Maria used a combination of techniques including TENS, EMS and guided stretching exercises. She answered questions and explained what was happening along the way.

OUTCOME (measurable quality of service)
I found improvement after each treatment. The strengthening of tiny muscles within my foot and ankle proved critical to joint flexibility. Same with my shoulder.

NOTES
• Physical therapy in the US was minimally effective.
• Respect yourself: comply with instructions and do her exercises between treatments!
• Practice good posture!

Originally Maria was treating an old weightlifting shoulder injury of mine that had persisted for more than 10 years. Not only did she completely alleviate the pain within a few months, but I have my full strength back and am able to lift heavy again without any issues. The irony is I ended up hurting my opposite shoulder which she is currently treating with fantastic results. She is friendly, professional, experienced, and well versed in variety of treatments and physical therapy methods that generate great results. Highly recommend.
