There is just so many positives to this place that it's hard to list them all. I will say it has plenty of things to keep the kids entertained of all ages. My boys loved the rock climbing wall, the aquarium, the making a movie commercial. Just getting to be so hands on with everything and what they can learn. You can spend plenty of hours there exploring.

Nice way to spend a rainy day! I really enjoyed the 3 rooms of experiments, though you shouldn't call the couple of fishes an aquarium... If the aquarium is not your focus, go there!

An amazing place, fundamental if you go to Medellin, also you will need to spend the entire day to see all the places. “Music room” is really good, also the price is expensive 48k for tourists, however the service is good

What a wonderful place.
This is a interactive museum where you can learn thousands of interesting things.
You will need at least one full day to visit it, best if you take two.
When you come in, there is a few interesting attractions in the outdoor part, where you can experience some cool things about physics.
There is a small but interesting aquarium with sweet and salty water spices and a terrarium with only few but cool small animals.
In the different rooms of the park (music, mind, time…) you get to see, touch, read, hear and experience in different ways how those things work. There are a looot of pieces to interact with. Everything have explanations in Spanish and most of them in english as well.
There is looots of staff around the place to help you, answer your questions and explain you the attractions.
Most of the workers very kind, friendly and very passionate about the job.
Inside of the park you have some restaurants and cafes so you don’t even need to go out.
When its busy, it can be a bit overcrowded and you will have to wait some time to get to use the different components, but not a big deal.
Very recommended for everyone, families, couples, kids and adults. There is something for everyone.
We loveeed it and when we will be back in Medellin, we will be back at explora Park without doubt.
Congratulations for the amazing park and keep up the good work.

My family came here to spend the day while visiting Medellin last week. Based on the website and YouTube videos, I didn’t really know what to expect. I knew there were the outdoor hands on activities and the aquarium, but I didn’t know about all the other activities upstairs.
We spent 5 hours here walking through the outdoor areas, aquarium and all 4 of the themed rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by all the hands on, interactive stations in each section. Each room upstairs is separated into different themes: time, music, mind and “on stage.” Each area had something interesting for both adults and kids. It was a perfect way to spend the day for my 8 year old.
The staff was helpful and everyone we interacted with was very pleasant. They helped us understand what each activity was about and the man working down in the aquarium was very informative and nice to speak with. The facilities were clean and well maintained with nothing out of order.
The only thing that could be improved upon in my opinion is the food offerings. There are only a few fast food options and nothing looked fresh or well made. Be sure to eat beforehand or bring snacks if you will be there for a long time.
For the price we paid (40 mil COP per person) and all the fun we had, it was well worth it. I highly recommend to visit here, especially if you have kids.

Such a cool place for families. Spend the day and grab some lunch. They have an aquarium, toddler/ infant play area, reptile room and more!

Parque Explora near the Botanical Gardens is interesting for both children and adults. This is a great place to visit and explore via the many interactive exhibits. Plan on a good 3 hours at the minimum to get the best bang for your buck. The life-sized dinosaur statues are must-see too.

Amazing place, hudge amount of attractions for kids and adults. I would recommend to go for a whole day. Especially kids will love it.
Many animals to see, big aquarium, amazing explanation of the subject in Spanish and English too. So this is very good for travelers.
Quick payment, no queues, very friendly staff.
Nice place to spend day out.

Went with three generations of cousins. Exhibits in Spanish with good translations in English. Lunch options are good. Spend the day inside, and then stay and play on the outdoor patio once the sun isn’t so hot. Entries close at 5 or 5:30pm, but the museum is open a whole hour later. Lovely day spent learning and playing. Highly recommend, even without kids- it’s fun!

We spent a whole day here. Almost everything are in both Spanish and English except a few experiences. Staff are super helpful. They tried their best to explain things in English for us. Lots of exhibitions and interesting facts to explore for my 8 y/o. Highly recommended. Get tickets in advance to avoid lineup on the weekends or holidays.

Fantastic! Spent a whole day here with my 6, 9 and 11 year old world schooled kids and we could have easily spent another day. A special thumbs up to all the university students who make up the friendly, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable staff.

A cool indoor park that spans topics from amphibians to sea life to science facts. A place to visit to get away from the heat or to try something new. You can easily spend hours or all day here.

Huge science museum, aquarium, and planetarium all together. If you'll be in Medellin for a few weeks I'd recommend just getting the membership. There's more than you can do in a day in the membership pays for itself in two visits. Plus then you can skip the line in the following visits. Very very busy all the time.

Great place to spend the day, it’s a huge museum with interactive exhibits. You can easily spend 4-5 hours there interacting with the exhibits and looking at the aquarium.. There’s also a planetarium which I didn’t like that much, the movie was like 30 minutes long, not with it for me.

Definitely worth seeing this if you have a bit of time in Medellin! Loads of hands-on exponates and the park staff were super friendly and took time to explain stuff. One of the best science museums I've been too! The aquarium is also nice but it is not the main function of the park and as such is a bit of the small side

We had a phenomenal time! The experience was just like going to the exploratorium in San Francisco! There were SOO many exhibitions you could touch and play with. It was very kid friendly, and would be good for a date as well. Each building has a difference science theme and we spent probably 3-4 hours in all of them. There is food court on the 2nd floor. Highly recommend seeing if you like science. There are English subtitles everywhere too.

You could probably spend hours here because it took over 2 hours to go through two of their rooms. Honestly their exhibitions are so well thought out and interactive that it’s very overwhelming because of how much there is to explore. But SO worth the price of entry!
