And you cant just go I expecting just to grab the one thing you went there for.... never fails you come out with two bags of goodies...

I actually went in there for a headache and cold medication and found it! Glad to get these things out of such a reduced price. Friendly service great variety of inventory.

Excellent place to shop .

I really like this dollar store. Their store us always clean, bright, and fresh looking. They sometimes get brand name stuff in. They are quite a big store so they have lots of variety. The staff are pleasant. This particular Dollarama has some one off items you will not find at other dollar stores. I heard on the radio that their prices were increasing and the staff confirmed it, but the company made the decision to start purchasing higher quality items that were less wasteful and so those will be higher priced and not the cheaper items price increasing.

One of my favorite stores. Always great inventory and always clean. Great Customer Service too. Wonderful staff!

Surprisingly well stocked. Friendly staff. Easy to find what you need. Well organized. I will be coming back here often.

I'm here so much I joke with the staff that I practically live there. Appreciate the amount of money I save by regularly shopping here and the staff are nice. Lots of items to choose from in every area. Totally impressed.

I hate dollerama.....NOT!! My problem is I never get out if the store with just what I had planned to get. I always see something I might need and end up spending more than what I knew I was saving on original items I had planned on purchasing

Nice store in Port Alberni to buy knick knacks and gift items if you are a visitor or tourist in the town of Port Alberni. We can buy key-chains, bags, pouches, little utility items like torches and batteries, toys and gifts for little children an well as sweets, chocolates and confectioneries. The staff are very helpful if you cannot find an item. The checkout is quick and efficient. They offer bright green cloth bags to carry the stuff home at a nominal price.

Tons of cool gloves. I always stick up on gloves before work, they even have leather dollar store gloves, I swear they last just as long as a pair from marks.

Great selection on gardening stuff...they are usually very good with the seasonal inventory although it goes fast...

As a person on a very low income I highly recommend The Dollar Store, just know once bought nothing can be returned, cleaning supplies, baking goods, beauty supplies and cards are only 1 $.
Without Dollar Store I'd be lost...

Very great and fast at going through the cashier unlike most places where it seems to take forever for the cashier to get a few things ring in. Lol as for Dollarama is great and love shopping there

Can't go wrong with a dollar store, especially if it has such great staff. very helpful and friendly and it makes a big difference to wanting to return.
