Mark's

I visited the store earlier this morning to purchase a Christmas gift and I have to say it was an extremely enjoyable experience and they went above and beyond to help me. All the staff was lovely and they searched high and low for the clothing I was looking for dropped everything to help me and it was just a lovely experience at the store. Sometimes these bigger stores as we all know you don’t get the level that you do with a small business, but I must say today was a 10 out of 10!

Super great store. Huge. Roomy. Unbelievable selection of men's clothing for everyday needs - from work to recreation, from sports to office attire. Come and enjoy. BTW, it has two levels!

Very nice store. In it you can buy all the clothes, shoes and personal protection for construction and more. Lots of men's and women's clothing of high quality. Friendly staff and a wide variety of discounts. You can buy for cash or open a credit account. Lots of parking spaces. To date, in the fight against covid 19.
At the entrance there are hand sanitizers. Everything is wiped. People adhere to social distance. Thank you)

I want to thank Dagan & Tosh in the Langley store for their assistance in having an item transferred to a store in Edmonton. I could not find the item on the Mark’s website & stores in my city did not carry it either.

They both went above & beyond with their customer service. Dagan was very professional in how she handles the issue & got back to me within the time frame she said she would. I appreciate both their efforts immensely.

Again, thank you so much. You both are definitely an asset to Mark’s.

Went into the LANGLEY store this afternoon to buy some jeans. First impression as I walked into the men’s wear section was” look at all the stock on the shelves!”
Started to look for my jeans .An employee, I believe her name was Regina, came over and asked if I needed help. I said yes as I was looking for a specific Denver Hayes jean.
She was so helpful . She found the jean I was looking for then suggested a similar jean for me to try on. I loved her suggested pair more then my regulars , so bought two pair.
Cannot say enough about how helpful she was .

Usually, it has everything I need, and if they are out , they will send it to your door.

Great Service. I waited for a jacket to be on sale as I know the sales on everything make good deals. I waited too long but the staff was super friendly and helpful. I have found the service level at this location to be very high on every visit. Just ask and they will try their best. They don't control the stock so you can't blame the service person for that. I appreciated that they searched the province and even Ontario trying to find what I was looking for. Can't ask for more than that.

Great selection of everything! Market pricing with good sales. Associates were helpful and had good knowledge of their product.

Love marks for it's options, this Langley store has a better space management with more workwear on the level above. Found the work pants I needed, but they have a decent amount of EDC times as well, and casual clothing and accessories as well. Been a Mark's customer for over 12 years and still enjoy shopping here!

Edrei was helpful on helping me find a gloves in the right size for myself! he also recommended a nice burger place (McDonalds).

Very nice and organized store. Lots of options with variety in brands. Staff was really helpful and kind. I would suggest talk to staff directly for what you are looking for rather then wondering around in the store. The store is pretty big to get confused very easily. Overall 5/5.

Went to mens section of the Langley store to look for pants for my hubby and was assisted ably by sales associate Karlene. She patiently walked thru me at the same time telling me where I can find the nice and good price items. I end up getting pair of pants and shirt for my husband who liked what I got for him. Thank you again Karlene, you are doing a great job with your pleasant attitude dealing with customers.

Large well stocked store, friendly and helpful staff. Walked in and within two minutes, had been acknowledged and greeted by three staff members.

Just awesome staff, products and products

Wonderful staff. When they didn’t have what I was as looking for the employee searched through several boxes waiting to be unpacked. When they didn’t have it still offered to call me when it came in. Staff always helpful at this location.

Great selection. Helpful staff and even though the til line was long due to a storewide sale, it moved quickly.
From what a staff member told me previously the Langley Mark's is the largest store as it is the flagship store

Langley location was so helpful. Called other store locations for a sweater and they said they were probably in the back. Langley store was the 3rd marks i called and they put the sweater on hold for me. They were so organzied, and i felt safe going in the store because of the precautions they set up for covid. Thank you!
