Artful Dodger Pub and Liquor Store

Our first visit by accident and we all had really good time there! We went on Monday so they had Bingo. We had so much fun especially the girls (5&3) because they never did before. The foods were excellent so we will go back to have proper dinner because this time we didn't plan to be there for dinner. Great service! Sorry I forget the server names but she always checked if we were ok or needed anything else, always smile, very nice of her. So we'll definitely go back. Oh they have a patio but because of bees so can't sit outside

First time being here. It's in an established neighborhood for the everyday person. It was a bit cold to have the patio opened but it looked good. They had a horse arena for people who felt like riding and stopping for a break. From the get go it was very welcoming. Apparently, it's a favourite gathering for bike riders. I can definitely see why people would want to come here. Upon entry greater by the barkeep as we approached the bar. Had a few drinks and some appies. New fave won't flavour of all time is the black Dragon. Delish! There was quite a large sitting area and they were adequately staffed which was good to see. The kitchen was pumping out delicious looking food steady. Everything was fresh and hot that needed to be and the beers were cold wet and yummy. Ended up having some great conversations with people at the bar. Really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. This will be one of my new watering holes. There were also the right amount of TV's for the area. It wasn't over done. The swag they had was creative and looked pretty sweet.

Friendly neighborhood pub, daily specials are great deal and place is nice in old school ways, especially their patio. Food is not really the best though in terms of quality and portion size but that is secondary as it is still a good place for gathering, office lunch, and beers.

The atmosphere at this pub is just so inviting, too. It's the kind of place where you feel right at home as soon as you walk in.

Plus, they've got a great selection of drinks to pair with your meal, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed evening out with friends or family. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Food was delicious ! I had the steak sandwich with half fries and half toss salad. Ceasar dressing was amazing!
Service started off terrible . Waited a very long time to be served but once we moved sections all was good!
Out door patio was incredibly beautiful this time of year!.
Johnny Elvis took the stage and entertainment that evening was great!!

Always a pleasure coming here, drinks aren’t too expensive and food is pretty good. The atmosphere is always amazing even if it’s quiet. We usually sit at the bar but decided to sit at a table today and we were served by Jill. She was super friendly and made some great food recommendations. They have a seasonal pumpkin cheesecake that was 10/10 just like she said. Can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous outside but definitely doesn't stop there. Once inside, there's a very warm, cozy and relaxing environment that not only comes from the atmosphere, but from the staff as well.
In all honesty, I have only been here once for a few drinks with a couple friends. So I cannot give a complete accurate rating of the food, yet! But of course, the patrons had assured me that the food was exceptionally excellent.
The Artful Dodger is definitely the perfect name for such an absolutely gorgeous place ❤

My first time at the Artful Dodger tonight, and I must say, the food is awesome! Great atmosphere as well. Our server, Cindy, did a fantastic job! She was very professional and personable.

Been going here weekly for close to a year on Wednesday evenings for the half price wings and beer specials. The food is always very hot and served quickly. The indoor atmosphere has a nice country feel and the flower beds on entry and the patio are very well maintained. The service is usually always good and the staff work very well as a team. We often get Jill as our server and she consistently takes very good care of us! Jill always makes we are happy with everything being served and we are never waiting for another beer or the bill.

I’m giving this place a solid five stars. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and decent pub food :)

Went to the Dodger for late night food one night last month and sat at the bar as it was quite busy everywhere else in the place. Amanda the bartender was super awesome and friendly and took my drink and food order super quickly and efficiently even though she was juggling a bunch of other things, all while still keeping a smile on her face and engaging in friendly conversation with the other people at the bar including myself. Great service, tasty food, and a friendly smile! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

Literally the best pub experience I’ve had in the lower mainland. The service and atmosphere was very welcoming and the drinks and food were all phenomenal and affordable. They made me feel like a regular. Highly recommend 🔥

Great old style pub with a super diverse menu. And I’ve never had a bad meal. Portions are great too.
Our sever Jill was super efficient and funny. We’ve had her a couple times and she’s really good and consistent.

A lively karaoke crowd on a Friday night, and many birthday celebrations mixed in, this place was hoppin! Service was always fast, and my Liver and Onions dinner was fantastic!!

Went here for my wife's staff party on a Friday night. Ashlee was our server and did a fantastic job juggling a large group, and also made some great recommendations on appetizers and burgers (which everyone loved). Overall, it was a great time, with lots of fun doing karaoke...although the procedure for signing up and being assigned a spot to do karaoke was confusing for some as they were waiting around to be called/not sure when to come up.

The place had a big chill space, well-staffed, and the kitchen was rocking with tasty, fresh, and hot food. Beers were ice-cold and delicious.

Every week my friends and I go to the Artful Dodger for some food and fluid around 5pm. Jill is our server and always does a remarkable job serving us. She is happy and puts us all in a great mood before we go to sing our hearts out at rehearsal every Wednesday evening. Thank you Jill for setting the mood, and delivering the food with such a great attitude ❤
