The staff at this location are all incredibly friendly! You walk in and immediately feel welcomed. A special thanks to Rick in appliances who was incredibly patient with me in helping me select appliances for my new home. He took the time to explain the features and benefits of a few brands I had my heart set on. Also shared a few great tips for the upkeep! One week out from retirement and he still showed dedication to his work and I felt like a valued customer. He introduce me to his partner Doug who will be seeing out the delivery of the appliances and I’m confident that I’m left in good hands. I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Tepperman's Kitchener and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience. I purchased Baby Rockers, Nursing, and Glider Chairs and am extremely happy with my purchase. The quality of the products is outstanding, and they have added both comfort and style to my home.

The staff at Tepperman's Kitchener were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help with any questions I had. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer, especially with a fresh coffee and popcorn.

A special mention must go to the store manager. Jackie went above and beyond to ensure that my shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit. Jackie truly cares about her customers and it shows in the way she manages the store and her team.

My parents and I had visited this location to check out some new bed frames and accessories for the house we are moving into, as we were browsing around we were approached by Stacey McGrath asking if we needed any help as we got more in depth my parents were stuck between two bed frames so we got the help of Stacey. She was a delight to be assisted by, extremely friendly, answered all questions and had many laughs. Would recommend her service 110%. We will definitely come back to this location and get her assistance again.

I am very impressed with Tepperman's. There staff is very friendly and welcoming. Stacey who helped us with our purchase was was friendly and wasn't pushy at all. I would highly recommend Stacey to anyone that is looking to purchase a mattress she is very knowledgeable and makes the time enjoyable. We love how Tepperman's takes the environment and recycling seriously.

Well where do I begin? I was THINKING about getting a new couch eventually for myself. Well one night I couldn't get to sleep and a temperman's I had popped up on my phone and so then I snooped on it and found a few that I liked well I had used the text us chat and ended up speaking to somebody named Bradley and was dealing with him ever since and let me know that most of the couches I was interested in were not available until almost September which wasn't a big deal. Can you show me pictures of some other ones that he thought I might be interested in so I told him I'd be in that week to look at them and then I didn't end up liking any of them and it was almost about to leave when I saw a couch at the corner of my eye and went inside on it and I fell in love with it the two ends recline and it is a nice grey but it was too much money I was debating whether to do the financing or put money down on it and then I would just pay it off and then get it. I said I would think about it and come back well then ended up calling me the Monday of the weekend I went in to tell me that my cups I really like did go on sale. well I was a happy girl so then I told him I would be in that Friday and so that I did and now I am just waiting for delivery next Saturday September 7th 2024. I hope all goes well because I have read some reviews on people have seem to have gotten screwed through temperaments I will not be a happy person if I get screwed after being all excited to get a new couch cuz I did do the financing so I was very happy with that the only thing I'm not happy with is when I signed up to be a VIP to get $25 off I never did get an email or anything about it and I would like to be entered in the draw for $250 gift card. I just emailed customer service so hopefully I will hear something back from them and figure out what's going on and why I didn't get a gift card/$25 off.
So needless to say I'm very happy with how Bradley what about always communicating with me the only thing I wasn't happy with is that the payments do not come out on delivery date you have to choose the first the 5th or the 10th of the month.

So all in all I'm pretty happy that I will finally be buying a brand new couch for the first time in my life! 😁

Even better is when Bradley called me on Monday after the Friday I went in to tell me my couch was in. but I can't get it till next Saturday September 7th 😞 because Saturday September 1st is all booked up and I didn't even expect a call until the middle of September to say my couch is in.

So, SO FAR TEPPERMAN'S IS A GOOD PLACE TO SHOP!
AS LONG AS I DO GET MY COUCH SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 7TH I WILL BE A HAPPY PERSON AND IT BETTER BE THE RIGHT COUCH!

My husband and I were looking for a mattress. Patrick was the sales person that day. He was great, not pushy, which we appreciated. Patrick was very helpful when we had questions and knew when to leave us alone, he was patient and informative. We had a mattress that we really liked at a different store and we were just looking at Tuppermans. I would say the Patrick and his excellent customer service was why we purchased a mattress that day. Also, the financial advisor that called was very pleasant, considerate and officiant. ( I can’t remember her name). Thank you Patrick for making our experience so easy.

I absolutely love Teppermans. great deals, great people... easy and fast service... never an issue with Teppermans. They go above and beyond and being a customer gets you beautiful and good quality items, great service and free gifts that are actually really nice and useful.

Shelley in appliances is my go-to expert. She always understands my needs and gives me plenty of options to choose between. Highly recommend. Tepperman stores are a great shopping experience overall. A must see if you haven’t already.

Staff was excellent, no pressure to buy& didn't follow us around the store. I knew what I wanted & where to find it so it was an easy trip in. Getting someone to load my item into my truck was a different story! Took forever! Someone who came behind me to the loading area had his order loaded & was gone before my one shelf was out of the store front. I bought the floor model.....Thank you all!

Right from the initial call to ask about a product, the service was excellent. We dropped by the Kitchener store and met with Stacey. She was really helpful with explaining our options and quickly found out about stock once we decided on the bed we liked. The bed arrived the next day for pick up and we couldn’t be happier. Great selection, price and service. What more could you ask for?

I tried to purchase a tv online and wanted to use a gift card at the checkout. Although you can key in the number, you must redeem the gift card in store. I called the store and Paul was extremely helpful and solved my problem. Great customer service. It’s a rare commodity these days.

The first time we visited Tepperman's to buy a new couch for our new sunroom in our house, I had never heard of them before. I was convinced my husband and I would be purchasing our couch from another store that carried similar couches. Lo and behold, we found something even better and we couldn't have been happier. My husband and I recently went back to Tepperman's to purchase another couch to replace an older one that is falling apart in our living room. We had looked at other stores first to compare styles and price points when there was a power outage at Tepperman's. We couldn't find anything that fit what we wanted in a new couch; convertible to a bed for guests, not too large to fit our living room, and when converted into a bed, one that didn't have a gaping space for our cats to crawl under or into for their pleasure.
We found a couple of options at other competitor stores, but none quite fit what we were looking for in the end. When we went back to Tepperman's after a couple of hours when they approximated the power to be back on, we found exactly what we were looking for within minutes. Not to mention, one of the sales people recognized us from earlier in the day and thanked us for coming back. The sales woman who ended up helping us actually knew what she was talking about as well; compared to other stores in the area where you could tell the representatives were not as knowledgeable. Lucky for us as well, the couch we found was on sale! When we had specific questions about concerns we had, they were all answered, and we didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. In between going home to confirm the measurements, the power outage, and when we were able to browse their selection, we were at the store three times in one day. Highly recommend this store to anyone!

Great experience shipping here, we came thinking we wouldn't be able to afford it and just wanted to look but left with the bed we needed badly for such a great deal. Easy process and great people working there like the saleswoman that helped us, Amita.

I certainly would like to share my experience ! I stopped by to collect a refund for damages I found on a freezer I had purchased last October. I had reported the problem to Teppermans and they were more than willing to credit me with a refund. We agreed on $75.00 . As I mentioned this was last October. I went to Customer service and a gentleman named Richard took my information and gave me the refund which turned out to be now $84.00! The story doesn't end there. My wife and I decided to look for an area rug. My wife and I don't get around that well anymore so we were each loaned an electric scooter to find a suitable rug. We received a 25% discount and a free gift. Every store personal we encountered were more than willing to accommodate us at every turn! You can't make this stuff up and I would be more than willing to attest to this account! I certainly do recommend to anyone to drop by and give Tepperman's a try. (Sounds corny dosen't it)
