Best Walmart in Kitchener/Waterloo. The staff are courteous, the store is neat and tidy and they have lots of everything in stock. This will be my Walmart of choice from now on.

People in electronic section are very knowlegable helpful and manager is great.

The manager in returns, I think her name is Mini, went above and beyond to assist me with my return. She took time and consideration and was able to process my return. My favourite Walmart.

It was a good visit lots of people wearing masks and an aisle full of TP. No more shortages everyone.

Want to give a HUGE show out to one of their employees. Young man named Jacob. First employee in months I have seen not just give customer service but above and beyond service. This young man super friendly, polite and so very helpful.! I have literally hated coming to this location until tonight. This young man made my trip there enjoyable for the first time in mo ths! I appreciate you Jacob, hope your employer does too. This young man has an amazing aditude and a bright future! Thank you for all your help and curious service Jacob!

The service I received was awesome. I went in looking for an air conditioner and the shelves were bare. Rather than sending me away, both a woman and a man in the warehouse checked for any stock and the very nice woman found some and lead me to them. I was doubly pleased when I found out how reasonable the price was too. A great experience, thank you!

I always come here on a Sunday night, usually after the rush. I find that this is by far my favorite Walmart due to the fact on how clean, and organize this location is. The washrooms are never disgusting and always look and smell clean, the cleaners do a good job at keeping up with that considering how many people use their washrooms daily. The floors are always clean and never seem to be full of track marks even on snowy days. The customer service is always friendly, and helpful.

Customer Service and staff are lovely and always courteous and helpful at Sunrise Centre Walmart unlike the Boardwalks rude crew. After today I'll choose to bus to Fairview Mall's new Walmart or Sunrise Centre Walmart for great customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.

I love the store as it has almost everything that I would need. Recently I bought a computer mouse and was not sure of which one to buy. The assistant was able to explain to me the pros and cons of each one and that way I was able to choose the one that was good for my use.

I have been dealing with this location for my routine Oil & Filter Service & Seasonal tire changes and buying new ones whenever needed for all the cars in my family.
Bryle, The Manager in Tires and Lube department has always looked after with professional advice and service. The service team is also good.No complaints about this

I can't explain how much impressed I'm with the service of this store.
Before half an hour i got my online grocery delivery from Walmart Sunshine center.
The associate name "Jacob" was really polite and his service and behavior was excellent while delivering my order to me. Walmart substituted some iteams which they did not have but overall i actually got a good deal.

The man who helped me purchase a phone at the cellular station was amazing. He inquired what I was looking for, went over all my options, and even made an excellent suggestion for a phone in my price range that I ended up purchasing and it's been great. No pressure to buy, and he didn't try to upsell me a phone I didn't want. Great experience.

I asked a worker to grab something for me which was located at the bottom shelf, pushed all the way back and the worker literally laid on the floor just to get which was super generous:)

While trying something on in the fitting rooms I accidntly dropped $105.00 cash and didn't realise. While I was at the check out trying to pay a Walmart associate came and spoke with the cashier who was assisting me... I was so fortunate to have learnt that these employees had found my money and had put it aside for me safely at the customer service desk!

You can buy everything you need for a good price. Lots of foods and they have a lot of electronics and clothes. Brands from Polo, Hanes, Graphics Tees and more. Outdoors good as well.

Friendly people Tia at Sunrise Center is a great manager. She is very helpful and kind. Hats off to her. Can’t wait till they open again to get great service. I miss going there!
