The team at the UPS Store #445 are amazing. I've had a number of printing jobs done there (business postcards, business cards, etc.) and all have been excellent quality! Their prices are better than any I've found (and believe me, I do my research!) and their turnaround time is awesome. Jas and Simran always go the extra mile so I don't hesitate in recommending them to anyone for your business printing needs. They definitely make me look good! Karen

My friend just went in this UPS to get passport photos and they walked out in less than 3 minutes. I was shocked at how quickly this service was! Also great pictures.

This store is very organized and has many shipping options as well as printing services. The store owner and staff are very knowledgeable in printing every kind of print you could possibly want with competitive prices. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

I went there to get passport pictures. They were quite busy but staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I ended up forgetting my pictures of all things and the agent came running all the way across the parking to hand them to me.

Good passport photo service here. Everything was explained nicely and quickly by the young lady here and she was so caring and intuitive too and offered a quick check in a mirror 👍

I only go here for Amazon returns.. God help me if I need to go for anything more complex. Staff are smart but I'm definitely not built for shipping things because I keep having to ask basic questions because I lack life experience. UPS and the store people are solid though!

I have been a customer at Jasmeet’s store for several years and he continues to exceed my expectations. He is so efficient and competent. I can’t count the times that he has come through for me on short notice. I continually recommend his services to all of my friends and colleagues. If you want it done correctly the first time go to this store.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor having my own practice, they printed all my marketing material like rack cards, brochures, business cards rtc with great precision. The owner and the staff at this store was very helpful and respectful with excellent customer services. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.

Jasmeet is very knowledgeable about printing. I had to get some rack cards and posters designed and printed. He did it on time as requested and the quality was excellent. I will use him for all my printing jobs for my Clinic.

Very kind and very helpful family run UPS store. Helped me with a rush print job and were kind enough to show me a sample of one job to make sure I like it which isn’t offered even with strictly print based companies

Jasmeet is extremely professional and courteous. No matter what day or time it is, he always greets you with a smile and is willing to help with anything you ask. I’ve never been in a UPS store where you’re made to feel welcomed like this one. No wonder he has so many loyal and loving customers in the community.

I love going to this particular UPS store location as I always get the best customer service there. Today, one lady came and started saying bad to owner and his staff, she was super rude. But owner was still answering her really politely and his staff member was also trying to explain about their package pickup policies, which she wanted to pickup without showing her ID. She was not listening to them and was kept complaining. I was astonished that how two opposite personalities I witnessed today. She was rude and owner was extremely polite. God bless him. Seeing all this really pulled him up into my eyes and this makes me right another post on his review about his good customer service.
I really recommend this location if you want good customer service.

Excellent customer service. The store owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond and always help me by bringing heavy parcels to my car. The best service I ever received.

This is the most incredible store ever. Its just a UPS store but the people who run this store are the sweetest and most helpful souls you will ever encounter. I look forward to missing packages and having them forwarded to this location so I have a reason to say Hi to the guy behind the desk. Amazing experience every single time - I will be getting my business cards and flyers from here for sure and anything else I can think of. 10/10

Amazing service! The owner, Jasmeet, is super helpful and always goes above and beyond for all my print orders. He makes sure the job is done on time even when I ask for large orders at the last minute. I can’t recommend him enough!

The store owner, Jagmeet ( I think!) was so kind and helpful. I was shipping a painting, and he really took his time explaining all of the options they had, to ship and package it safely. Great experience overall 😊

I have used a few UPS stores in the past and have had good service from all. However, this store offers exceptional service and the staff seems to try their best to help you and retain the customer. Their prices are very competitive and the can do attitude was amazing. I wish all stores could learn a thing or two from this store. I’ll keep returning to this store whenever I need UPS.

Super polite and courteous (Kiran & Jasmeet) always provide impeccable customer service consistently!
You would have to be a malignant narcissist to say anything bad about these two guys.
Super friendly, helpful, honest & a pleasure to interact with.
They always go above and beyond the call of duty. They will usually offer to carry your packages to your vehicle for you if there isn't a huge line up, (you don't even need to ask),
that's what I call service!

Had two unusual packages to get off and the team at the White Rock UPS store were super helpful with getting them packaged up for the flights.

Fast, friendly, and not overly priced - great service and good work. Would highly recommend.
