Safeway Fort Frances

Service is great, cashier's are very helpful, the foods are very easy to find, it's very clean, and the fruits are very good.

As far as grocery stores go, Safeway is pretty decent! I love that they didn't enforce masks for a while as they never really worked and are mostly just dehumanizing but then, I don't live in fear.

Otherwise, good selection of most things. The produce selection is good, nice selection of salad dressings, good quantities of things like rice and flour.

The floral department at this safeway is A++. The lady who works here is so kind and makes beautiful arrangements. The flowers were so fresh and packaged with care to travel.

Super friendly staff, decent food selection that is usually in stock. Some of the fruit can be a little on the not-so-fresh side, however I imagine that's more of a problem of it being imported from the states and Mexico rather than the store itself.

Excellent selection. People are very friendly here. Only get to stop here once a year on my fishing trip, but, I wish this store was where I lived.

Well layed out floor plan. Clean. Friendly staff. Good prices. Large produce area. Large bakery. Well staffed. No pressure. Take as long as you want. Take a break and enjoy some Starbucks.

Always a GREAT place to shop. Usually have what you need or want. Staff is always friendly and helpful and management is wonderful. I've been shopping here for 20 years - wouldn't change anything.

Went late in evening. Store was not very busy. At first only two clerks were open, then "hello miss I can help you here at number 6" friendly clerk opened up the til, he was so quick before I knew it I was through the line and on my way out the store. Great experience today. ☆☆☆☆☆

We stopped at Safeway to pick up a cake. Maria who works in the bakery was unbelievable.My brother and sister-in-law are renewing their vows and we just wanted something that looked like a wedding cake what we got floored me Maria amazing. I simply cannot say enough about the beautiful cake she made for us.

Just like the other ones but I think you have to be here early in the morning? When they are freshly stocked as I couldn't find the things that are usually there and need ?! Great service and products 👏😊

I love to shop here when I am in town to work. The veggies and fruit are always fresh, and at reasonable prices. The staff are always friendly and helpful too.

Good selection and able to find dairy free options. Great to have beer in house, especially appreciated seeing local craft beers, makes it a one stop shop.

Very nice store with a lot of variety to choose from, to bad if you are going back to the states you can’t bring back any fresh meat or produce.

I love this store! Everyone is so friendly, smells wonderful, everything is stocked...I dont think I've ever had to go without something on my list because they didnt have "it" in stock.
