Was greeted warmly, every option for new phone explained to me. Bought new phone and everything was taken care of and transferred. Answered all of my questions. Very pleased with visit and new phone.

Well let’s see I have to say I forget to put in a review from almost a year ago. I went into the store and Ben was there I wanted to get tablets for my kids and he was so helpful he got them all set up and ordered the pink 1 just for my daughter and had it shipped to the store and I went to go get it and he took the time to set that 1 up for me to. He put my screen protectors on my cases and when I left they were both completely ready to go so my go to person is Ben!!

Scott and Ashley were very helpful in a usually very painful situation of buying a new phone. But they made it pretty painless. So glad they are on top of their game because cell phones are not easy to figure out! They really know their stuff!! Thank you both!

The person (Ken) who helped us to day was very helpful and pleasant. He is a very good sales representative. We originally came in to purchase a new phone for my son and we walked out with a new tablet in addition to the new phone, 2 screen protectorss ( 1 for the phone and 1 for the tablet) and a very nice phone case. I was extremely satisfied with our service! He deserves a raise!

I give 5 stars for the one person who knows what he's doing and gets the job done. My ratting will be going down when he gets transferred to another store. Robert is one of the Best managers at the International Falls Verizon store. The other 2 guys that works there. Tend to piss people off. And push for you to buy a new phone. And don't Know how to fix many problems. If they get someone with cellphone or computer skills in to manage the store more people will be coming in.
