I had a great experience with the Ford dealership here in Fort Frances. They get you in quickly and had my vehicle in and checked over in no time at all. They provide very good service.

Came in from out of town on a Friday before a long weekend. -20° weather. My GMC truck wouldn’t start. No other dealership would get me in on short notice. Ford got me in and ran diagnostics right away. Swapped out battery and gave me a great rate on Everything. I was back on the road traveling in no time, the service team saved my weekend.

Superb sales and support. Special thanks to Paul and the team over there. Sunset tracked down the exact truck we wanted and had it here within 4 days from a different province. They literally took care of everything we needed and was ready to go. Had rims and tires done a month later with a lift kit. Even adjusted the headlights due to the offset. Gave us an excellent trade in value on our old truck so there is not much more a person can ask for. Update. Purchased a 2023 Ford Tremor and had the same experience as last time. Thanks again.

Very thorough run through of the truck’s systems before I left the lot. It’s a great truck and I felt informed and in control from start to finish.

When we picked it up the paperwork was ready, the truck had been detailed and it had a full tank of gas, making feel appreciated. I'd recommend looking for a vehicle at this dealership!

We called and asked to speak with the oldest salesperson there. We were connected with Bob who provided us with great service and we were treated very respectfully. No pressure, no promises.
I bought my dream truck and am really pleased with it.

DOWNSIDE:
I was warned that the finance person was going to try UPSELL me on warranty. Which did happen.
I threatened to walk out and not go through with the deal if she persisted. She stopped and I signed the paper as agreed to by me and Bob.

OVERALL:
If you are looking for a vehicle, ask to speak with " Old Man Bob"

RECENT VISIT:
There was a problem with my winter tires, Mandy went above and beyond to help me fix the problem. I highly recommend this business for all your vehicle needs. Excellent service and much respect.
