I have been a long time customer at this location and have always been thoroughly satisfied with their level of service. Over the past 2 years, I've noticed a substantial improvement. The staff is much more friendly and approachable. Their knowledge and efficiency is outstanding. The Manager, Ed is exceptional. He is always available to answer any questions or concerns I've had. His level of expertise is next to none.

Absolutely amazing location.

Very friendly staff, making small talk and welcoming me as soon as I walk into the door. Even better, they talk to each other and crack jokes; I love the bond they share with one another, and with the customer.

Very knowledgeable staff, they're very quick with their service and when you have an issue, they look at all possible ways to fix it, even ways I hadn't thought of - something Apple stores failed to address when I came to them! Moreover, they may even give you discounts on certain things, such as chargers!

Very easy to find parking in this plaza, especially finding a spot near this specific location (though getting out may be an issue; taller, tinted cars tend to park right by you, presenting an issue with visibility).

The staffs in this store are very helpful and have excellent knowledge about the various service of chatr. The guys working there provide very quick and efficient service

This chatr is one among the best chatr stores in Ontario I guess. As, the customer representative swen Mathews and devu helped me a lot to resolve my issue within no time. It is the place where I experienced the comfort of being a privileged chatr customer. The customer friendly approach of the above mentioned people are so heartwarming and appreciable.
