Friendly staff. I brought in my kitten and was welcomed by the owner’s most adorable cat. This cat is so warm and approachable. My kitten had a great time meeting the cat! Great selection of cat food / toys as well!

The owners here are amazing, ignore the bad reviews. They literally go above and beyond to get the best stuff for your pets, they won’t try to up sell you things you don’t need, their best interest is always in your animal. I’ve been going here for years and will only go to this pet valu because of how sweet these people are. So sorry to hear about Hunter, the community misses him deeply. ❤

Went in last night (got there 15 minutes to closing) for dog food. Guy behind the counter was pleasant and I was on my free bag of food (which is always a pleasant surprise!) and met Hunter! Cute, fat cat! I live in Brampton but work close by so the 9 pm closing time works for me as I work late on Thursdays. Will go back again if I'm in the same position of not being able to make it back to Brampton before their closing time!

The owners are amazing ... awesome customer service and advice for my dog who recently came back from a vet sick and had pills to take. Also recommended some great healthy dog food . PS. Throughly research what your feeding your dogs cause it could be harmful in the long run

This is my local pet food store. Very close to my area where I live. I love coming here. The people are so nice! :). Although I do wish they were more knowledgeable about their products. They also have a very cute and fat cat ❤❤❤ absolutely adore this place

We go to this location on almost a weekly basis and we always get amazing service! The owner always goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. He is always so helpful :) We also love visiting Hunter the in store ginger boy!

Pet friendly, do be careful because they have a cat the runs around the shop if your furry friend loves to chase cats make sure you keep them on a leash
