Every time I come I keep get nothing but amazing service! Everyone goes above and beyond to help. Pure coincidence every time I come it’s the owner that helps me and I truly appreciate the time he takes to help me get what I need!

They don't always have every thing in stock. But when you order it you get it fast, when other hardware stores can't get it. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable. They had every piece of info. I needed to do this. I bought the wood stove and renostone wall from Home hardware Embrun.

Dylan was a pleasure to deal with. Sold us primer, was bilingual, and was just such a happy camper.

Embrun HH has never failed me. I am building our own cabin (home repairs as well) and I research my products. This time Richard Dagenais took the time to refer me to a store in Winchester because this time he did not have the product I was looking for. Much appreciated. Every other store (big box etc) in Ottawa said they carry the product on their website - but they do not - yet keep advertising that they do. Shop at Home Hardware. Friendly and Canadian. Let’s keep it that way by shopping there. Thanks Richard and Darcy / now my project can move forward.

I had purchased a Milwaukee Orbital sander 7 weeks ago from this location when out of nowhere, I was sanding and it exploded! Disk and bearings went flying and were burnt to a crisp. Upon being warmly greeted at the store, Ray jumped in immediately to help solve the problem. I have never seen customer service like this before.... Milwaukee only has a 30 day exchange policy and if something goes wrong, you are looking at 4-6 weeks for repair. Being DIY gal, I didn't have a spare sander kicking around the house and couldn't wait that long to finish up my projects. Ray phoned every source he could think of, not taking no for an answer, fighting for the customer and preaching the importance of customer service to each one of the reps on the phone. As I waited patiently, hoping it would be solved, I was thinking about the fact that even if there was no resolution, I couldn't be very upset because he was doing everything in his power to help me. It took about 45 minutes but well worth the wait as he was able to replace my sander for a new one! Thank you Ray and the wonderful staff at Home Hardware - you are the prime example of exceptional customer service and have gained a life-long loyal buyer!
