This is my first experience buying from a dealership, and I am very happy. Purchasing process was quick and easy. Joe didn’t have a ton of experience with leases, so he brought in the finance manager from another location to make sure everything went well and that I got what I wanted. Now I have my dream car! After finalizing the deal, he continues to be very communicative, making sure that I’m happy with their service and with my vehicle. The biggest pain point with my previous mechanic was having to coordinate vehicle pick up/drop off for servicing. With the dealership’s pick up/drop off service and easy online booking, I’m now looking forward to getting my car serviced instead of dreading it. Their online booking asks you how many kilometres are on your vehicle and has a link to view the recommended maintenance schedule which I find really helpful to make sure my vehicle stays in great looking good and in great condition.

Dan even went the extra mile and met me half way to ensure he could get my plates were transferred in time, so I could pick up the truck when I wanted. Anything I pointed out, was addressed. Bought a used Toyota RAV4 with these guys last week and had nothing but a lovely experience. Everyone was super friendly and no one tried to push me into buying something I didn't want. The car itself is in great shape and was a very good deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Ottawa region looking for a quality used car.

There was an unexpected issue with my car. It had to be left at the dealership, and despite it being after hours, we were provided help. The workers are kind and look out for their clients. Great place, great team!
