Had a very clogged kitchen sink. Called and they were able to come the same day. Service on the phone was efficient and effective. Service in the home was the same. The plumber was respectful of our space and the 4 toddlers in the home. He was efficient and diligent in his work. Very grateful and appreciative for his work. Thank you.

I had a joint in a water pipe break overnight. Called at 8:00AM to see if/when they could send someone over to repair it. Hayden arrived about 45 minutes later and everything repaired and working within 30 minutes. I have used Bertrand Plumbing a few times before this. They have always given great, timely service.
