Every time I go into Woofies, I know why I keep going back. Amazing staff, always someone there to help.Super friendly, super knowledgeable, super helpful. Just bought a crate, they brought it out to the vehicle and put it in the back of the truck and even were there to help when my dog was uncertain about getting in.
Great selection as well for all your pet needs! Special thanks to Beth, Gabby and Cole. I know there are others just as helpful but these were the names I remember from today and yesterday. 💜💜

Love these guys! Staff are so helpful and they are cheaper than the big chain stores. Plus they have the birthday club and points cards. I live in Victoria but specifically wait until I'm in Campbell River / Courtenay to stock up on pet food at Woofy's.

Not sure if Chewy loves the store more than than the staff loves Chewy 🤷‍♂. Always a friendly reception, a good selection of treats, cheap nail trims and military discount. (Now I just need to add twenty more words to get a better Google review score! One two three four!) haha.

Me and my pup LOVE Woofy's! He always gets doted over when we go there and I get some awesome local treats, toys and food at great prices. Pretty cool you can bring your pet right in with you!
And I totally took my buddy for a picture with Santa in December!
Awesome and friendly staff make it an even more enjoyable experience. I'll always reccomend Woofy's!
