Walmart Supercentre

Yesterday evening I went through the self check out & was greeted by a very friendly staff member named Heather! As we were checking our stuff through she noticed I had a ham & proceeded to tell me there were hams on sale so I switched it & saved over $20. This Walmart staff member went above & beyond to help us and I hope to see her again when we return to do more shopping at this store!

I was in the women's haircare, skincare section that has a checkout. Amada was so helpful and friendly. Thank you for making my shopping experience so pleasant! She let me pay for my pet care items here along with my haircare purchase. Sweet.

Went in to get a new controller , was greeted promptly by sales associate David , was super friendly had me in and out with just what I needed with a smile! Thanks David!!

This location has improved 1000% since Elite Security has taken over. The shopping experience is miles what it used to be from a year ago. Kudos to the security team. Store employees here are attentive and kind. 5 stars! :)

Shopping at Walmart is always cool since they have what I need. Nice staff and nice, trustful security guards. One time my bike was stolen and the guards there tried harder to catch the guy then the police.

Always appreciate Walmart's generosity when it comes to allowing overnight parking!

One stop shopping is so convenient at Walmart Supercentre. My "go to" when I need an assortment of items.
Car, household, Groceries etc.

May 15 at 10:40 I heard shotgun like sounds. They said it is propane explosions. Police and firefighters arrived very quickly. All store been evaluated. When I been leaving the place I still hear the shots again.

Went into the store! It was quite for a change! Went to do some shopping, & talk about bare shelves! Hardly any bread, meats, & especially soups of any kind; unless you like noodles or Ramen! Rumour has it electronics department might be discontinued? Over heard a employee talking about it! Also the bathrooms in the back of the store are closed for renovations! People preparing for the worst of things!

Associate mature lady working evening of Feb 21 2020 in the meat section provided exceptional service. Went out of her way to extend service offer even though she was quite busy. Wished I had got her name. Then the male cashier (younger, tall, dark) who proccessed my groceries was super helpful qnd supportive when I told him my back hurt too much to load my bags in the cart. He was even exceptional considerate enough to ask me how he should pack the bags to make it easier for me. Well done Walmart. You need more cashiers though.

i normally don’t write reviews but i feel like this one employees work should not go unnoticed. Kathryn in the customer service department truly has gone above and beyond for me, i am from out of town visiting family and i had gone to walmart with my family to get some groceries. I ended up losing my ring not even knowing if it could be at walmart (i had also gone to places prior to here) but it was worth a shot to call and let someone know. i had spoken to kathryn about my predicament and gave her a description of my ring and every department i was in. i kid you not this woman scoured the entire store looking for my ring up and down on the floor. calling me every update she had. at this point i had no hopes of finding my ring and was hoping for a miracle. moments later i get a call from her saying “wow that’s a really nice ring you have” i wanted to cry. i have never had someone go so above and beyond for me ever. i had to buy her a gift card for my absolute gratitude but i don’t think that even compares to what she has saved me. Kathryn sweetheart you deserve everyrhing. thank you for proving to me that there are still good people in this world and your kindness should not go unnoticed <3 10/10 will come back again because of you.

I get a scooter to shop there. So nice! I couldn't shop there without one. The shelves were stocked and the staff was helpful. Wonderful store!

Such wonderful customer service from Dale and I believe the manager’s name was Holly at the Campbell River location. Super helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you both!

They now have the lanes you can check out yourself makes it a little quicker for times you have only a few items. I always enjoy the line that has the multiple checkouts it's much faster.with having grocery items it makes it a one stop shop.

Walmart is the best! I go shopping for groceries and everything else there, after 10 pm. To avoid the COVID thing. They have it all. When the other stores are out of stuff like beef, Walmart's shelves were full. I couldn't believe what I saw. It's the best!

95% of the staff are always smiling and laughing it's a top notch wal mart

The workers are very helpful here they have a great knowledge of where items are which makes it much easier to things I need

I dont know why people hate Walmart so much. I love Walmart. I usually find what i need, its clean and organized, the prices are good. Yeah they dont have enough tills open most of the time but whatever. Its pretty much the only place I shop anymore. If they replaced their carts with wonky wheels id never leave

Jamie in the wireless department is amazing super helpful and friendly she helped use find phones for my kids saved us time and money would recommend her for all you phone needs
