I want to thank Darren the GM, Cody & Jeff in service, and everybody else involved. We recently traded in a vehicle, which was given a fair trade in value, for another used vehicle at a decent price. The newly acquired vehicle developed some issues and needed some major work done. All the info was documented and continued to drive it well after an acceptable amount of time to even be considered for returning it. After a long wait for parts which isn't their fault it was finally repaired. But with a good sized bill. After a courteous conversation with Darren explaining our situation, and him informing me we should have paid for an extended warranty because we were well outside the window for them to even cover such a repair bill, he took me on my word that the defects happened right after purchase. He rectified the problem that they did not have to even consider helping us out with because the details were in the contract. Thank you guys! I do normally purchase extended warranties but never used them until I needed one and didn't have it.

5 star review for the service team! Had my car towed in late on a Saturday afternoon after a terrible experience at another local business. My parts were ordered Monday and my car was ready to go on Wednesday!! I was shocked at how fast they helped me as they are very busy. The problem was fixed, the bill was incredibly fair and the service was fantastic. Keep up the great work!!! I will be back for sure!!

Amazing customer service today. My first time at the dealership and from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I left it was customer first all the way. One of the sales team walked over to us the minute we came in the door and guided us to the service department. Jeff at the service department listened tentatively!!to the problem I was having with my jeep. And then, without even being asked, he pulled up my jeep details using the Vin number to check for any open recalls that needed fixing. Amazing in itself as I didn’t know, that could be done and especially without being asked. Nice touch. Jeff offered up multiple suggestions for us to do while we waited for our vehicle( as we drove in from out of town ) and within the hour they had diagnosed the problem and they ordered a part. We came an hour early and they didn’t make us sit in the lobby and wait till the end of the day to give us our vehicle back. We felt so comfortable and taken care of today. It felt like we had come to this dealership many times. Thank you to Jeff and to the service department, From my the bottom of my heart THANK YOU

My lovely new bride and I initially went on the Jeep website to build a vehicle, and quickly had questions. We got out in touch with Erica, who went above and beyond with helping us on our Jeep adventure. The dealership not only found us the Jeep we wanted, already built, but got it to us within a few days. To top it off, Erica decked the Jeep out with white bows and a Honeymooners sign for us. It was fantastic, and we were so touched!

I purchased a 2016 F150 Pickup from Bill Howich in Campbell River in April 2023.
My wife and I had a very pleasant time dealing with ‘Red Jacket Rob’, as he is called at the dealership and every concern or issue that arose that might beg a further or deeper answer, Rob obliged and got us full disclosure on all our queries.

When we got the truck home we ended up with some rain/snowy nights and one morning upon getting into the truck I found a puddle on the mat on the passenger side of the truck. This was not the first morning for the water to be there but we’d had some light snow falls to I suspected snow on my passenger’s boots may have left the snow in the floor mat to then melt.
Rob made arrangements for me to take the truck to the Ford dealer in Duncan which was close to me so we did so and had Ford check on the cause and they found the Sunroof had a bad frame assembly and needed replacing. The estimated price to remedy the leaks involved a new frame assembly and a lot of diagnoses and installation labour and one day later, Red Jacket Rob and his colleagues at Bill Howich OK’d the repairs and we still have a dry pickup.

A few months later, we had an issue with the truck stalling at traffic lights but I ignored it until it did it consistently and then again phoned Rob at Bill Howich where he again quarterbacked the coordination of the initial approval of the diagnoses then the repairs which was a substantial list of issues and labour. This time the bill was scrutinized carefully over a few days but again, the Bill Howich dealership came through and Ford did the repairs to stop the stalling.

I have been in business for 48 years and seen some good customer service and also a bundle of poor customer service and I have to say that Red Jacket Rob and Bill Howich of Bill Howich Chrysler are at the top or very near the top of the best customer service and professionalism driven, no doubt, By Rob Priestly who literally closes every loop and ensures the customer is happy with the service from Bill Howich Chrysler even with a used truck they had traded in……….I might even by a RAM next time ;-) !!!
