Always clean and very friendly, helpful staff. Love their support of local products and producers. If the prices seem higher, it's fair considering the size and independence of the store. Hard to compete with big box chains.
I will continue to support these guys as much as our family can.

I always keep an eye out for Zatarain rice and when I did an online search Discovery Foods Willow Point was listed as a place to try. I sent an email and received a reply by the next morning letting me know they only had the Zatarain Jambalaya in stock. Along with the message was a photo of the box. The message also stated that if I couldn't make it to their store they could send it to the Oyster River store for pick up. Thank you to Willow Point for being so considerate. I did stop there today and purchased all six boxes they had on the shelf.

We only go there for coffee cuz they have the brand preferred in our house & the cans are BIG
(when they have them)😖. I do find it quite costly tho ,so i tend not to buy much else 'cept for day old packaged fried chicken (which is one of my weaknesses).

Items when you are in the the south end of town. Produce is fresh . A nice little deli and they do a great job of bringing on cashiers if there happens to be lines growing. The team is friendly and interested in assisting you. Parking is reasonable

I recently moved to the area, and with my welcome package was a $ 20 gift certificate for Discovery Foods. It was a nice introduction to the area, and to a store I was not familiar with. I have been shopping there since arriving, and find the staff friendly, the store clean, and most things that I need on a daily basis (including gluten-free).
As of tonight, for me, they are the store that provides everything.... including rescues. I was walking my little pup across the street from the store, and she ducked under the large locked iron gates of the market. I carefully tried to pull her out from under the gate, and her leash slipped off. She quickly headed into the empty market. I didn't know what to do, and on the verge of tears looked at the open Discovery Foods sign - and called them, explaining that I was new in the area, did not know anyone, and didn't know what to do. The young man on the phone said "I will be right there". and he was - with a treat. When the pup saw him, she came out from the stores, went under the gate and into his arms. I will be forever grateful and a customer for as long as I am in the area. Thank you Michael, and thank you Discovery Foods for hiring people who care.

Great little grocery store, they had free range turkeys in stock, not through order only like many others before Christmas.
Prices are pretty decent and it is a nice experience shipping there.

This is a locally owned grocery store! The service is amazing, everytime I'm there the Owner comes and greets me and shakes my hand and thanks me for shopping there! The produce is really fresh and the meat is great! They have everything you need. I highly recommend Discovery Foods!
