NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA Surrey

I had a great experience at this NAPA. The two men working were very friendly and helpful. I needed new air filters and the one they were going to sell me was misplaced so they offered a discount on a better one. They didn’t rush me and they were not condescending at all (which can’t be said about all vehicle-related services I’ve had).

Although I didn't need auto parts today I needed to get rid of some used parts, so I went to lordco auto parts the guy at the counter told me to just dump them in the garbage!! Then I went to Napa auto parts Aaron was at the counter, he said just bring it inside and we will get rid of them for you, he even went to the back of the store to fetch a cart for me.Aaron is the nicest guy you will find thank you Aaron you are the best!

I had a problem with my windshield wipers not turning off and thought it was my fuse. Aaron was so patient and went above and beyond to help me fix the problem!!!. I really appreciated his customer service!!!! This will be my go to auto parts store!!!

Friendly helpful staff... I was able to have a really obscure latch retainer clip for my van overnighted from their warehouse for a reasonable price.

Very helpful staff. They helped me with finding coolant and even helped me carry items to vehicle as I had my child with me.

Quality brand and good service but hoping in the future they have more option brand identically to oem parts..
