I actually stopped in three times this past 10 days. Every visit was successful. Photo copies and printer ink. Quick and efficient service.

We have an old Brothers laser printer for more than 10 years. It still work fine except not able to connect WiFi at 5G speed. This is the store having the most selection of printers available. The salesman is very knowledgeable and able to explain the difference between different brands and design. Finally we bought another Brothers laser printer with paper feeder and scanner. Took no time to setup and is working beautifully with PC and air streaming. This venture worth absolutely five stars for quality and service. Will definitely choose this store again.

I LOVE this Bureau en gros. They are well equipped (user friendly self-serve machines) and well supplied (always have what I'm looking for), but more importantly the staff are AMAZING. Every person I've encountered, in all departments, has been helpful and friendly---every time I go! More than that, I am especially impressed with the printing & marketing department---the staff go over and beyond the call of duty to ensure the order is done perfectly---every time! And they're super nice! I HIGHLY recommend this store.

You can find whatever you want for your office in this store with good quality and prices.

Redefining what it means to have a retail space. The place is completely redesigned to a high end experience boutique. There is a huge event conference area in the middle of the store. The printing stations are high end. Really enjoyed coming here.

At the age where physical retails are not prevailing, it are events which bring people together.

Very nice staff and inventory quantity is online. You can also place your order online and pickup. Shipping is also normaly free. I like this location and never had an issue parkinglp

Service center: unfortunately like most businesses there is a lack of staff but the ones that were there were great. Dave was funny and helpful although very busy. You could see that he wanted to do more but was stretched to the max. The help was still appreciated. Love the self serve options for photocopying and printing. I would recommend that the store displays the instructions in front of the photocopiers instead of having to wait in line.

Bureau en Gros is a great store for office supplies. They have a great selection of items and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs office supplies.

Was there today purchasing rubber stamps for the company I work with.
Everything was done and paid for,after getting in my car I realized I made a mistake, I went back in explained what happened.
Both times received amazing service by the salesperson, especially since the order had to be cancelled,refunded and done again.

Really good,. Staff was helpful there

The staff were all super friendly and nice. I had a poster printed and laminated within 1 hour! The only thing that is kind of disappointing is the lamination job. I’ve had stuff laminated before and I’ve never seen so many bubbles and dust particles stuck. I’m hoping the bubbles will go away on their own by the time my client comes to pick it up, otherwise I’ll have to reprint and laminate somewhere else. Overall very great service and I’d definitely come back to shop for supplies!

Staff was helpful and friendly. I really didn't feel pressured while I was there looking around. Their new store layout was easy to navigate, and looked awesome. Free coffee was a plus too, and the staff even remembered me from my first visit over a week ago. Stores and staff like this are going to save the retail industry. Good job guys! Excellent customer service, now how rare is that? The past few months with the pandemic has made shopping feel like a chore and not at all enjoyable, but being in Bureau en Gros, Kirkland has made my day twice now. The greeting at the door makes you feel welcome and all's well. It makes for a pleasant shopping experience when the staff is helpful and polite.

The new Location for this Staples / Bureau en gros is nice, open and bright. A completely different feel to other stores as the concept is more interactive with clients and not so much a "rowed-shelf-warehouse" feeling. The staff was extremely helpful and proud of this new location (as it opened yesterday on December 4th) and all wore bright smiles. The managers and staff were greeting clients as they walked in the store and even had complimentary coffee for customers (rather awesome Starbucks brewing station with 3 type selection).

The staff was very helpful in assisting me with my needs and questions and would definitely recommend this new, more accessible and easy-to-get to location.

Bianca made a great effort to help me I needed three photocopies of my document of 70 pages of documents and she did it very quick. She went beyond her normal tasks to make sure that I get the best service and also the best options for my print out.
I had also forgot to take the invoice and my USB key and I called her back and she took care of it and is and she’s going to send me an email scan of my invoice. I’m very happy of the service that I got. And I will use the services again of this particular bureau en gros for my photocopying needs in the future.

the new store is very nice and clean! the staff is also friendly and helpful. the girl at the printer, i think its Veronique was very patient and helped me a lot with my copies.
the prices are normal and the service is fast
