Everyone is caring and willing to go above and beyond to make you, all of your furry family members, and every member of their staff as part of their team feel important and key. I am extremely grateful to Dr Glew and Dr Cote for setting the tone. You are all amazing.

Dr. Glew, Dr. Kirby, Donna, Leah, & Jordan have all been angels to us through incredibly difficult times. Their staff, from front staff to back, have all been incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful. Your fur friend(s) will be fortunate indeed if they have the room to take you on as a client!

I don’t know what other vet clinics charge as I’ve only ever been here in the past 8 years, but even if this place is $15 - $50+ more expensive per visit/treatment, it’s worth it for the quality of care your pet will receive.

I’m truly grateful for the kindness they have shown towards distraught clients and for their professional expertise in offering advice as to what is best for your pet.

Speaking from experience, please trust your vet when they offer advice regarding Quality of Life & End of Life Care. It's not easy for them either, but they truly know what is best after years of experience in this field.

A day or week "too soon" is better than a day too late.

Bambi had an amazing experience (as always) at Timberlea with the staff and vets. Dr. Glew really took her time and saw Bambi was a little timid and got on the floor to make her feel comfortable and really focused on making everything positive for her ! Took her time explaining everything to me as well and making sure we got what we needed out of our visit. Very personable vet , extremely knowledgeable and kind to the animals. Bambi’s been going there since she was a puppy and I’d never dream of changing.

I find the service here exceptional. My dog is fearful of many things and reactive to other dogs and the staff is absolutely wonderful with him. The receptionists, vet techs and doctors all take time to give treats and interact positively with my dog. Everyone seems extremely well informed on not only the physical needs of the animals but also their emotional needs.They are so kind to human visitors as well. When I have an appointment I never feel rushed, I am asked all the right questions and the staff really listens to what I have to say about my dog. It feels like we are a team supporting my pet. Highly recommended.

I love this clinic. The staff is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares for the animals. Dr Cantini and Tina were the ones that took care of us during our last visit and they were so incredibly competent, kind and attentive that they made me write this review. I havn’t had a bad experience there. Every single time I visit this place I am satisfied with the service. Thank you to all the staff you are all amazing ! 💖

I love this clinic. They have saved Tessa’s life literally several times after she ate plastic. They also take care of Lola, our family dog. Every doctor, every technician and the whole team are dedicated professionals who care for the health of your animal.
(They don’t take advantage of your pet challenges by charging you exorbitant amounts of money either.)

Two amazing stories about this vet clinic and Dr. Glew.
1. We breed chow chows, a breed notorious in general for hip issues. Dr. Glew took a good 45 min with us to explain how the PennHIP hip test is so much more accurate than the OFA testing program. Since following this system, our breeding program hips are remarkably improving. We drive the 2 hours each way to see her. Her guidance and advice is worth every mile.
2. Our 2 year old dog dislocated her elbow and Alta Vista in Ottawa couldn't put it back in. They believed the tendons were all torn. We spent 2 days calling all over Ontario, Quebec, and the states to get quotes for surgery. We reached out to this clinic, but Dr. Glew initially said we should get a surgeon as it is a really difficult surgery. Everywhere quoted 10k, and it was pretty 50/50 if the surgery would be successful. We emailed Dr. Glew saying we wanted them to be the ones to amputate her leg, since that was the only other compassionate option. Dr. Glew called us right back distraught. She had only met our chow once and remembered her distinctly! Her compassion was remarkable. She said she hated to amputate such a young dog's leg and wanted to give her a chance. She set the price at one we could afford and spent an intense 4 hours sewing our mangled dog together. Because of Dr. Glew, our puppy is now running and whole. I can't say enough about this clinic and Dr. Glew. 10 stars in my opinion.

My dogs love coming to see their “dogctor”! Staff is amazing… We fell welcomed since we walk in at the front door. Dr. Glew, Dr Fisher, Kimberley, Leah, Susan…. Omg. Im sorry for the other ones that I did not mentioned the name (I cant remember them all) but you are all AMAZING! Bella and Maggie love you all too.

I have always had good experiences with this clinic. I want to thank all the staff for taking such good care of my cat, Ragnar yesterday! Even though he can be a very big jerk, thank you for giving him love and care. I am over the moon that I have him back home.

I 100% recommend Timberlea, it is the best vet clinic! They saved my cat Rice’s life, they did everything to help my cat without try to charge you more. Absolutely a great clinic! Effectively and responsibly!

My kitty Chicha had a great experience at timberlea! The vet was amazing, explained everything clearly and they were also very organized. I receive texts reminder for her upcoming appointments. She also got a cute onesie after her surgery! I once in a while to get her nails cut. Amazing and quick service!

I went to visit this clinic yesterday following a night at the emergency for my Tcup Chihuahua that fractured her left front paw. At the emergency they refused to put a cast on her and sent me to my own vet to do it. After almost 4 hours calling all the vets in montreal, i finally lended on this clinic where I spoke to Leah and was so wonderfully sweet and asked all the right questions to make sure that the doctor had all the information she needed. I brought Tina and saw Dr Fisher and she took the time to exam-in tina and did some scans to see the evolution of her paw. The vet was so honest and advised me to come back in three weeks to see how she is healing. I just felt so reassured and that’s what you need when you baby gets hurt. Thank you Timberlea, for taking care of my baby. I am definitely bringing my other baby as well as of now. Thank you again.

Compassionate and welcoming, friendly and affordable.

I had to make my first trip to Timberlea vet, for a very unfortunate reason. They were so kind to me and the affordability made an already terrible day just a bit easier to stomach.

I can't even begin to say how thankful I am for the super kind people at Timberlea. They took after my very sick cat and they comforted both her and us through the whole process. They took us into consideration when coming up with the bill and procedures and didn't push anything on us. Just that alone speaks words. I'd highly recommend them to anyone from simple check ups to more complex injuries. Very happy with experience. Our little Zoey is back to normal health now and we owe it to the staff at Timberlea.

Great vet clinic, staff is very compassionate with our dog especially because he gets very anxious. Would recommend it.
