Went for a quick trip to get the wipers for my car. Neatly organized. It didn't take much time. I had some questions to decide which one to pick and the folks at the auto shop were super helpful.
Plenty of parking outside so it shouldn't be difficult to find a spot.
Staff was nice and friendly.

I was right near the customer that posted a negative review and was appalled by his demeanour. Helena followed protocol and has always been efficient and courteous to us. This client came to Canadian Tire with no bill and quickly became hostile. It is obvious by your post that your purpose is to crush a human but google reviewers have more sense than to believe your
rambling and hostile post.

Kirkland location is great! Staff is super helpful anytime yesterday I called the car service and I asked them to support me with changing the winter Tyres and I have no appointments so they asked me to get the car to the shop and they will do it in between the appointment. special thanks to the team in car service and Mr. Jonathan Roy who give me the best service and support to change the tyres thanks again to all

Better stuff than Walmart, especially for auto, hardware.

I was there to exchange a Christmas gift that I had given to my niece that was not working properly. The person who serve us was perfect. She helped and even told my niece where the item was in the store to get a new. I was expecting a long discussion but instead I got great customer service and a happy niece.

Efficient and friendly service at auto mechanics.

I bought new tires rims and tpm monitors and had them installed in October/22 I had to come back to program the monitors as they did not have the cable and they programed them for free do to the fact i had to come back .two weeks ago they stopped working went back to the garage they checked the tire pressure and told me to drive the car on the highway and if i can park indoors that should due the trick. Today my wife went back to the store and was told that she would have to pay to reprogram the tpm`s since i wasn`t charged last time 40 months a 4000km later what a insult anywhere else even the money grabbing dealers would not charge to reprogram or check if they were defective .I will never go back and told them I want my summer tires out of storage NOW

Get the app. It lead me around the store to exactly where my items were. Then a nice clerk retrieved them from the top shelf.

Love this store and the CT app. I did a Google search for some nameless plant food hormone and boom! There it pops up in my CT local store and app with the aisle number and quantity on shelf. I went immediately and picked and perfect description. Good stuff CT.

Always a good option to buy clearance and special. They have a lot of stuffs, since car tools to general tools, electrical, barbecue , power cord and general.

Friendly staff. Purchased a sled and the cashier told me I was missing a part, so i went back and got it. Amazing service. Their *clearance* section isn't the greatest... bunch of regular priced things (saw a schwinn rower I wanted In that section) but the price was the same as regular price minus the busted up box

We took our truck in to get repaired. The amazing staff and mechanics were able to help us from start to finish figuring out and repairs. New fuel pump. We will never hesitate to take our vehicles here.

Excellent and thorough car service. I bought winter tires here. They even did a quick inspection of my car and found that the cabin air filter was very dirty, changed it free of labour charges. Very professional crew.
