Today I went to this location for the first time and had awesome experience. Kritika was very helpful and gave us excellent service. She told me about current deals, helped me in selection and find right sizes I needed. I recommend everyone to visit this location for good variety and excellent service

Don’t expect a lot for being an “outlet” there is one or maybe two additional outlet exclusive sales in addition to the regular sales, however the store is clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I came in close to closing time reasonably expecting to that I should be quick or come back another day which I was okay with.

The manager who was informing us that the store was closing shortly still helped me find what I was looking for, and was at the door thanking everybody as I left.

The cashier was in training and was apologetic even though I could not fault anything she did. She was doing great!

The only thing I could really fault is that I wish there were more of the larger sizes available on the floor. In store is supposed to carry up to size 20, though I only need 18. But for most items it is difficult to find greater than size 14 or sometimes 16 if you’re lucky, despite Old Navy advertising itself as being size inclusive. Sorry but size 14 is the average body shape, and few size 16’s scattered about is not inclusion.

I like the fit of Old Navy's slim fit shirts for myself as someone with an athletic build. Sale prices are great and sales are on often throughout the year.

Truly, its the best location ever, they do have something diff but its not about their clothes. Its an outstanding customer service in my opinion. Also the way the store organized. The way the staff talk to you, the manager( i think she was a manager) she is always on the floor making sure everything is good, she check on the customers and its just feels so welcoming, also the staff in the changing room, gosh she is so nice and down to earth and so helpful, she go above and beyond in getting me the things i need ( colours and sizes) while i was in the fitting room. This is the greatest work ethics i have ever seen. I live in Surry but I always come to this location because of their great customer service. I wasn’t surprised that everyone was awesome as the one that i think she was the manager was so great and thats why the staff are following what she is doing. Thank you all, thanks to the great manager and to your nice attitude, thats all we need, a nice customer service in even through this pandemic. keep up the good work.

I just finished shopping at this store. Superb assistance by Karina. Another customer helped as well. I usually go shopping with my husband so that someone can let me know if the clothes fit me well but he is working. Good thing Karina and another customer gave me their honest opinion. I have been exercising for the past few months and my clothes are becoming big. I wasn’t too sure if one size down was good enough but Karina said that 2sizes down might be good. And she was right. I appreciate Karina’s help and I always enjoy visiting this store as the staff are always helpful.

I normally wouldn't leave a review for old Navy, as you normally get pretty uninterested staff and it's the same thing experience everywhere, but shout out to Theo for being soo welcoming and nice to my wife and our 6 month old when we went shopping this morning.

Great store, staff were extremely helpful with
any questions I had (my first big wardrobe shop since covid) and they didn’t rush my shopping time. Everyone had masks.
Men’s sizes are small to x-large.

Had so much fun shopping on Black Friday in the clearance sections. Went a little crazy but it was awesome. Super cute children's clothes!!!!

Friendly staff and all the things you look for at an Old Navy store. Lots of parking and easier to get to than in a mall. Makes getting in and out that much faster when you're on a schedule.

I never knew about this store's location. Much bigger selection here than the other locations.
