Babies babies babies, this store carries the newest baby products. Toys, blankets, hygiene, books and more. The gift bag selection is trendy, bright and great value. Clerk was so pleasant.

Love the wide, easy-to-navigate selection this store has. It's always clean and well-organized, and the people who work here are very friendly. I personally like that they leave us bookworms alone to browse unless we have questions, and at checkout they are very polite.

I don’t travel to the east side of town often, so I didn’t recognize there was another Indigo outside of the mall.

Very clean, organized and friendly staff.

Smaller than the mall location, but very quaint. There is a Starbucks if you wanted to grab a coffee.

Quite surprisingly, it was very busy for a Saturday afternoon.

Everyone was able to find a book to read and heck we even found a screaming goat!

I love the variety of things they carry. I know you can get digital books 📚 but there's just something about holding a brand new book in your hands, the feel of it, the smell of it. There's nothing like it. It's wonderful that a store can still offer me that experience. I will continue to go back.

Great set-up. Always staff available if you need assistance. Love the Bargain book selection for my Toddler.

This store is fun to shop in as they carry many unique items other than books. Special gifts, candy, theme styled merchandise such as "Friends" and other items are sure to keep you shopping longer than you intended! Staff are very helpful but not in your way, I highly recommend this store. Oh, and for the variety of books well!!!

It isn't Christmas until we go to Indigo in Lakeshore. Excellent service and beautiful store.

The younger male employee who checked out my daughter's books at the register this afternoon 100% made her day! It was also her birthday, which made it extra memorable. He was so sweet to her, and his kindness was definitely recognized. My favorite Indigo!

Visited the store today with my two young kids. We were greeted in the Children’s dept. by Alan who was wonderful … So helpful, cheerful and enthusiastic with the kids.

I find this store better than the Devonshire location. Maybe it's the layout, or the fact that they seem to have more niche stuff, but I've found stuff here they didn't stock at the other location. Friendly staff and quiet. It's a great time killer before the theater and they have a lot of great products. Great visit everytime.

Kevin answered the phone at the Lakeshore location. He was soooo calm, sweet and helpful. It turned out that an order I made online was my fault (undoubtedly), lol.
He looked for the item in store, but, just my luck, they didn’t have it in stock. So, he called the Devonshire Mall and had it put aside for me.
The stronger point of my 5 star rating is how nice he was (is). I asked if I could speak to the manager or if he was the manager and he said, in fact, that he was. So, I said, well, then I guess there’s no need to tell the manager that you’re perfectly awesome. The only way I could pass on the compliment further was to put a review in. I hope his managers see this.

Way more than just books. Forever changing and adding new items. Bought my favorite purse and matching wallet here! My go to place for classy, niche gifts and greeting cards. Something for everyone.

I never go to book stores, so walking in I had no idea where to go. Almost immediately I was offered assistance, which was amazing. They helped locate the books I was after, and even pointed towards some others that i may be interested in. It was a good shopping experience.
