Tina Boca helped me today and was amazing! she really went above and beyond to help me and throughout the whole experience showed me nothing but kindness and patience! i totally recommend her if you need help for any of your printing needs she’s awesome!!

Always an absolute pleasure dealing with Tina Boca in print & marketing services. While the other staff members are always very polite and helpful, Tina consistently makes an effort to go above and beyond. Whether it be a friendly greeting by name, or including complimentary "extra" prints in the order, Tina sets the bar in terms of great customer experience. Thanks Tina!

Very easy layout, not tripping over floor displays, aisles are super wide. No rush shopping 👍

Alright I don't leave too many reviews but my goodness not only did they honour my extra in store warranty I bought for the cost of my chair but they also just sent me the replacement seat 2 years after buying it. Spoke to the warranty department with a lovely lady named Denise and I will be buying any piece of furniture I need from staples in the future. 6 stars you guys.

Went in for printer paper and left with a chair.
Seen that their chairs were on sale and couldn't pass it up.
Customer service was excellent as well.

Cant go wrong with staples if you need office supply or some basic furniture for house like tables and chairs , bought a computwr table and im very pleased with the performance !

Amazing service from Tina at store 112 in the copy and print department. A professional, helpful and courteous multitasker. She looked after several customers at once. While waiting for one task to finish she served other customers.
If all stores had employees like Tina, there would be much happier consumers.

I love getting my printing needs done here. Many times I feel that Allan is my personal assistant! No matter how busy he is, he always takes the time to understand my needs and make suggestions on what services would work best. Always a pleassure dealing with the printing staff.

I recently had to print over 100 flyers, multiple photos, and a banner for a large corporate event. I was nervous about getting it all done on time because it was quite short notice. Tina at the East Windsor location (7126 Tecumseh Rd. E.) went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I am so beyond impressed at the promptness, service, and kindness. Not only did I get everything printed at high quality but I received a ton of very helpful advice on the best photos to print and which paper to choose. I could not have had a better experience. THANK YOU TINA!!

Great place all office goods In one place was able to walk all around store without being bothered found file boxes I was looking for looked at some other stuff for future purchases paid for my items with debit card good service going back on weekend get a daytime book still like to write stuff down haven't graduated to electronic day timer yet

Outstanding Customer Service - I had a large print job to complete today, and the customer service representative (Joseph) could not have been better. I was have problems and Joseph was a great help, he then said that if I come back in thirty minutes, he would complete the order for me. I returned and the order was completed and packaged. A great job by Joseph!

They were ok, I had trouble using the copier and getting stuff off my fone to copy,and the attendant came and helped me through it all, I don't no his name but I was in ur store on Sunday about 2-3 pm

Pleasantly surprised by the customer service! Very helpful staff notably in the computer/office equipment department. In many stores you can't find help but my experiences at this store have always been positive! They must have good leadership :-)

Clean well organized store. Inventory in store matched what I saw online before heading in. Quickly found what I wanted and was tempted to browse. The staff I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. COVID precautions were in place and enforced.

I am writing this review to say that Joseph in the printing department was incredibly helpful to me. I was having difficulty printing my pics and he was so helpful and made sure all my pics came through. A very nice person and very helpful.
