First time being here. Places is very clean and well staffed . Staff were willing to help and make things easier .

Price were higher. Most of the produce were fresher .

Once again, we stepped into Farm Boy today, a familiar stop in our routine. The store's ongoing dedication to cleanliness is evident, mirrored in the quality of the fresh produce they offer. Adding a touch of whimsy to the atmosphere, I always find joy in the playful monkey suspended above the display of bananas. For those in need of a quick meal, when time is scarce, the hot bar and salad bar offer a multitude of options. Meanwhile, it's impossible to ignore their exceptional sauces and wide-ranging array of cheeses, both of which I hold in high esteem. The store's staff continues to uphold their reputation for politeness and friendliness, greatly enhancing the overall positive encounter.

Had a great experience on the Saturday of this Easter weekend. The cashier who was a new trainee was lovely and helpful.
The store was very busy but the shelves were well stocked with good produce etc and there were plenty of cashiers so that no one had to wait to check out.
Kudos to the Management!! A pleasure to shop here!! Well done!!

Very impressed with the customer service at Farm Boy, we recently purchased a few items and realized that we had been overcharged due to a glitch in the system and as we do not live in the area I contacted the store to look into the matter. My call was answered immediately by an actual person and transferred to the appropriate department where they took the trouble to look up the transaction and called back on a busy Saturday and offered a very satisfactory solution. Everyone was very apologetic and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Well done Farm Boy for your excellent customer service, which seems to be a rarity these days. I will definitely continue to shop at Farm Boy!

I catered from farmboy for a function. I ordered the diamond sandwich salad platter and they were so delicious. The bread was very fresh. Also, we had a mixed platter of meat wraps and vegetarian wraps. They were the best ever. So fresh and flavourful. The portions were large. All was prepared on time for pick up, their communication was excellent and the website was user friendly to order.

Wow! 5 stars to the awesome and kind cashier next to the express lane (maybe 2-3 aisles down from that lane) around 4-6 pm today. She’s the white girl with the big eyes. All the other female cashiers are usually horrible, and I don’t really like the management (no offence) just my opinion but this cashier is so nice, she really excels in customer service. Need more people like her in this world.

Best produce by far, and best value on veggies and such. You need to be smart when you shop there or you'll end up spending 50 dollars on items for one meal. But once more, veggies are priced really well. If you can afford it, the meat is the best you'll find. Also the fresh breads are fantastic.
They have fresh food for on the go type of situations too. Gluten free options for those of you who need it.

Excellent place to shop for hot and cold food. Their selection of soups are very good. We have tried on many occasion and never had bad experience. They also good selection of cakes. I would def. recommend worth checking our. Their hot food seem much better than most grocery stores. They also have large area to sit if you choose to have lunch and dinner at the store. Good place to chill as they have cozy seating outside the store.

This is a well stocked locally sourced food store. Sure it has the usual available everywhere goods, but where they excel is local produce. Cheeses, sauces, baked goods. Wild Fish in season, prepares meals . A free tastes. Which we appreciate as we judge quality being offered. And of course on this visit fresh pickled spicy cucumbers which I never would have bought except samples were offered.

Not a regular grocery store bit pricey overall is nice n clean store 👌 👍

Top quality product in every department. Produce is always tier 1, even on the clearance rack! Tons of selection in the bakery-freshly baked breads, and sweets. Again lots of choices at the hot tables, including freshly made personal pizzas on the spot. Best of all, the staff is super helpful and the whole space is very clean.

Pickering Store was a pleasure to visit. Very Helpful & Pleasant Personnel. Great Quality Deli Goods!

Who needs whole foods when you got farm boy. Prices are way more reasonable.

Where else can you get organic coffee from honduras for $0.99 plus tax or a soup and wrap for $6.99?

Produce looks fresh, place is clean and the staff is really nice. I'll be coming here more often.

Great upper scale shopping for busy people who are sick and tired of restaurant food and want a healthy prepared meals to bring home at a reasonable price. We loved this place for the organic products and baked goods. I am a Farmboy convert from Loblaws for the last 3 years. The best fruits are sold here, it's absolutely fresh and delicious.

I like Farm Boy in Pickering. What I like best is the good quality products that they sell. The place is clean as well. They sell their own products that are pretty good and worth a try

We ordered their catering online. The food arrived on time and was exactly as described. The orzo salad was a big hit! Pickup was smooth as well. I was told that all their catering is done at a central location then shipped out to individual locations. I suppose this helps with freshness and quality control. I wouldn't hesitate to order from their catering menu again!

Always a great selection of produce and meats; with rotating weekly specials. The farm boy brand of products have never disappointed, especially enjoy the flatten chickens, fresh made salsa and Portuguese tarts from the bakery. The popular salad bar has a great selection of hot and cold foods, however be careful as cost can add up. Only complaint is that is doesn't have a great selection of canned and non perishable items, no pet section and limited beer/wine selection.

Clean and bright, quality of produce is excellent. Friendly staff and a good selection of cheese!
