Everyone who works at the store is always super friendly especially the ones walking around in the aisles. I don't know about you but I can't go to home Depot without wanting to pick up every single toy I can find and bring it home!
Home Depot has been a staple in hardware in Canada for a long time. Everything that's there is pretty reasonably priced and because they buy such volume there are huge sales on certain things.

I've had some bad experiences with equipment rental because they don't seem to keep their stuff in good condition. Listen to Harley possible that the people who rent them also destroy that stuff.
But the best deal is when you're buying wood and you get those six cuts and the staff are always willing to help you

Went to buy paint for my new babies room. The colours the wife picked were not from Home Depot, but I was lucky to meet the nicest lady in the paint department. I showed her what my wife wanted and she picked out the perfect colours and the wife was very happy. I wish I got her name so I could post it here.

Mark at paint department at Pickering Home Depot helped me find the right color and paint for my house wood stairs. He also explained how to start and finish my work. I followed his instructions and end up with a wonderful job like a professional. Thanks to Mark for your great instructions specifically when I have a hearing difficulty. You accommodate my needs Thank you so much.

I want to give Dietrich of rental center a 10 stars review if it allows. See I went to home depot dozens of times a year and he’s the top one to provide the mixed professional and personalize service. And we are impressed by his friendly and humorous service. He really made my day when I rented a carpet cleaner with my dad.

My husband & I went to Pickering Home Depot, we had no idea where to start regarding our floor colour, we had a few failed attempts. (at other locations) Anyways we meet Beena from the paint department, all we can say is Home Depot please give this lady a raise. She’s knowledgeable, kind, patient, friendly. We came home did exactly what she said. It turned out way better than we expected. I am in love with my floors. Thank you Beena

Had a couple of bad experiences with Home Depot at Ajax. But the Pickering store was a pleasant surprise and i felt relieved to be accepted with such humility. They were patient to understand my need and have been kind enough to address all my concerns. Will definitely pick this store from now on rather than Ajax store which is near me

The staff at the Pickering Home Depot store were helpful and friendly when we were recently purchasing lawn furniture from this location! We were looking for a very specific set and they had the dreaded quantity 1 in stock… (so who knows if they have any) The staff searched for the unit and found it! Saved us driving much further to find this set! Great service! Thank you!

I would like to point out that this location has friendly and helpful staff. Two associates that were very helpful Ele in the paint section and Jarod. They were both great at answering our questions and making sure we bought the right product for what we needed to do. Excellent customer service, which is hard to find nowadays, we greatly appreciated it.

The employees at this location are very helpful. Would highly recommend this home depot location. Chantel was helpful in getting an item ordered that was out of stock.

I've been to this location many times and have always had a great experience. At first, I thought it was just one or two people that are outstanding but I went again today, and received amazing help from a rep named Katherine. Something as simple as helping me pick out a sprinkler and timer she made seamless. I had some questions that she didn't know the answer too and instead of just saying she doesn't know, she researched it with me and made the experience enjoyable. We both ended up learning more about sprinklers. I got to say, the culture here from a customer perspective is solid.

Today was an excellent experience. I went in to replace my washer/dryer. It was an unexpected sale day so I got what I was looking for at a good price. Robert is appliances was helped me very well, explaining clearly in a fashion that was understandable to me. He was wonderful to deal with even thru the computer issues that dogged him. I highly recommend Robert and his service to anyone looking for help is appliances!

The staff at Pickering Home Depot are very friendly and helpful. I have had best experience at this location, the staff really make finding items easy and also help choose among the many options, example selecting the right caulking or the perfect paint from the sample I show them. I had one of the best experience this past weekend. Noah and Christine helped me with quarter round and cutting almost more than 30 pieces of 5ft each. They were very patient while cutting those quarter rounds, making measure the measurement was correct, the cut was precise, and if any messed-up, Noah re-did it. Amazing work guys, greatly appreciate your help! Thank you :).

It’s always a great time when you get to visit a Home Depot: you choose if you’d like to aimlessly wander all of the isles or if you’d like you can have an associate was you directly to what you need! But if you’re really short for time, I highly recommend ordering online and picking up in store!
