LCBO

Typical LCBO store and not really much to say about it. Some of the other reviews are complaining about things that are not specific to this store but LCBO in general.

They will still give you a box if they have any available and will also let you take the small cart out to your car if you ask them and are willing to bring it back.

Lots of parking available too.

Was just cashed out by Jacob, I don’t visit the LCBO often - but it was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a point of sale transaction in a long time! I hope this gets back to him and his manager recognizes his positivity, cheerful/friendly demeanour and thoughtful considerations to go above and beyond for his customers!

Great collection. Would have been nice if Indian whiskies and Ceylon arrack was stocked.

I went there looking for a gift for my boss I didn't know what he likes I just wanted to impress without breaking my wallet... Theo I belive his name is, was amazing.... he's so freaking knowledgeable and patient! I mean showing me the different levels of tequila, what's the lows of the highs the highs of the lows, let's just say he went above and beyond! I still can't get over his knowledge of every type of liqure... at the end I was happy and my boss was super impressed! This Lcbo isn't even closest to my house and I'm still going here ! Very large LCBO. store with a great and wide variety of products . Loads of parking here as well. Located in the Smart Centres Pickering.

The employees of this LCBO are extremely customer service oriented. They come to help if you are looking for suggestions. I was standing in an isle for a while and someone came to my rescue because I must have had a very confused look on my face. Then while standing in line up, they opens up all the registers so that they can get people checked out quickly. It is really enjoyable to see when staff are very aware of customer needs.

Tend to head over to this location as it's the closest to me. They're always in stock of what I'm looking for. Staff is great and knowledgeable on products and alternates if product is out of stock. Always enough cashiers so the wait time is never too long; along with great customer service from all of them.

I found my favourite Rum Flor de Caña 12 years aged with a savings on $2 (when I looked to the right of it, they actually started carrying the 18 years aged) and it was marked regular price $15 less than advertised online weeks before (Brock/Hgwy#2 location) - 18 is so good you can drink it straight on the rocks

This is one of the best LCBO locations in Durham. They carry a lot of international and local craft beer, vintage wines, and nice Scotches. Of course, they have all the regular stuff too.

Good selection of beers and craft beer. Picked up some tall boy cans 483ml of Tigr beer $2.80 from Singapore. Great tasting lager. Red sangria from XOXO was on sale for $8.95 /750ml bottle.

This LCBO has some of the best selection avaliable locally - I quite enjoy browsing here. (If you order online you can also have most items delivered here if they dont stock it.) Just recently they added a great selection of Christmas gift items and I found a St Ambroise beer that's never available... (to my knowledge). Took it home and loved it!

Love the selection of different liquors marked clearly on the walls and the assortment of wine and beer as it offers the chance to try new flavors and enjoy a mixture of new and old brands. The staff members are always friendly and knowledgeable, they'll walk you to the aisle and explain the differences in aging along with the prices.

Nice lcbo. Excellent selection of craft beers and wines. My only wish is that the beers be in one of those walk in fridges (love those things).

Friendly Staff, found everything we needed, store was clean and shelves well stocked.

Great staff and great variety. When runs of it are being made, this location also tends to stock Beach Bum coolers which are my foremost recommendation for anyone to try if you get the chance!
