Such a gem in our neighbourhood! I come every now and then to stock up my pantry. They have the best prices for nuts and legumes! I got a chance to talk to the owner who seemed super quiet at first. It turns out we have a lot of things in common to chat about! If you're in the area, come visit.

Great family owned business with friendly people. I have a lot of food intolerances and prefer to eat vegan. I'm really happy to live near this store where they have a wide choice in flour, legumes, nuts and spices.

Great place to buy Indian spices, dals rice, floor etc. They do have a great variety of Mexican products. Autually they carry many products from different regions of the world. The prices are decent some of the products are a little bit more but their products are great. They are following the covid procedure (only four people are allowed in at a time). Sometimes there is a line up. We are close to White Rock but it's worth the travel.

This is my favourite place for spices, flours, and baking ingredients. Most things come in pre-portioned bags, so I empty them into containers at home to stay fresh.

I originally came here searching for cassava flour to make gluten free cheese balls with, and found so much more. They carry a variety of pre-packaged bulk items like spices (whole and ground), beans, dried peppers, sugars. They also have snacks like tamarind, baking mixes for things like gulab jamun, some Latin cooking ingredients, and homemade Indian specialties like chutney or pickled mango.

The prices are generally very good.

The owner is very friendly and can help you find items or figure out what something is used for. They have a lot of items you won't commonly find at a supermarket.
