I was struggling for like 2 hours today. Between walmart and superstore and best buy trying to figure out what type of juicer I wanted. The staff at London drugs were very helpful and the manager even came out and helped me pick the best one budget and use wise he even gave me some tips too, thankyou Chris!

Kudos to Chelsea in the Photo Lab at this location (Morgan Crossing) who did the best printing job at London Drugs that I have ever experienced. Super happy with the results of our rush order of enlarged prints. Chelsea stepped in when someone else called in sick and she did a fantastic job. We really appreciate your professionalism and willingness to make the prints the best they could be, Chelsea. Thanks again!

I have never been treated so well in a store before. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here I am met with the friendliest cashiers of all time. There are about 4 of them that are the kindest and friendliest people. They make me feel so special, engage in conversation and make me want to come back. It makes my day every time!

I was recently looking on the London drugs website and after seeing some eyeglass frames I liked I had contact with a sales rep. Stacey , a department head within London drug optical agreed to meet me at a retail store. So I met with her at the Morgan creek store and she helped select my frames ( within my budget) and did all the paperwork with MSP/ Blue Cross for payment and in about 45 minutes I had made my purchase. Excellent service and very good selection, way better than half a dozen other optical stores I felt were all about the dollars not the customer needs . These guys are the real deal ! Very satisfied.

London Drugs staff were excellent. Padma at the photo lab was ever so helpful and sympathetic with evolution of a card to announce a family death. Can’t thank her enough. At the same time, Mike in the computer tech dept sorted out a defective keyboard on my Apple under warranty. Both dovetailed together seamlessly and helped us out a great deal. Super efficient. Super pleasant to be a customer. We could not have been more impressed.

I had made an online order from the Morgan Crossing store in South Surrey, BC. Unfortunately one of the items ended up not being available, so one of the staff contacted me about this. She went above and beyond her job and picked up that item for me at another London Drugs, so my order would be complete. What amazing customer service! As it turned out, that item wasn't placed in my order by mistake. I only found this out after getting home. I then called the store and I spoke with the manager. She is having that item shipped to LD nearest my home. Thank you so much Shannon. In times when we're facing so much division and anger, you gave the gift of kindness. I will always be grateful for this.

My wife and I attended this location to make a purchase shortly after donating blood. It was her first time donating blood and at the cashier counter she fainted. The staff quickly came to her aid, everyone took up a role whether it was calling for help, bringing the first aid kit or managing the scene. We really appreciated the assitance and the kindness that was shown by all the employees. I didn't get everyone's names but many thanks to those invovled including Manager Chris. You guys have loyal customers for life now :) Stay safe and thank you.

Service was absolutely excellent, employees really know their stuff. The gentleman helping me named Liam was an absolute pleasure to deal with Even though he looked to be rather young. Liam so so helpful and helped me locate the product I was looking for at the end of isle 10. Lastly, the way he took care to show me what I was looking for really made my day. Thank you Liam 10/10 would recommend, give him a promotion

The staff here tend to be very friendly and considerate. I wish I had the names of the people I met recently, I'll have to find out and add them. They will go above and beyond to help you find what you're looking for, give rainchecks etc. the gentlemen organizing the checkout has been very friendly as well. I like how clean and organized this location is.

Always meet amazing people especially at the electronics department- forgot her name . She helped me change battery in on of my golf range finder. Amazing and helpful lady. Wish I remember her name.

Sydney in the pharmacy was the most efficient and thoughtful pharmacist I have ever dealt with! Give that girl a rise!

Had trouble installing an antivirus program. Talked to Evan over the phone and couldn't solve the problem so he asked if I could bring the computer I which I did as I only live 5 minutes away. Within about 30 min he solved the problem and there was no charges. Very polite and knowledgeable young man. Thats why I only shop London Drugs for all my computer needs. Highly recommend this store!

I went in on Saturday to look at some Laptops. I was helped by Evan in the Electronics Section. He was very informative and helped me in steering to the right direction of my needs. He went above and beyond to get me a great deal on a Asus Zenbook. Kudos to him and Management for putting customers first, much appreciated!

It is all the same for London Drugs in Canada.
I have my ID photo here, even though it is not regular size, the workers work in there would ask you more details to help you get the correct size and requirement you need.

We had to have last minute photos taken and the computer specialist Parker was wonderful! We came in 15min to closing and he had us out so fast and was so nice about the process! Truly excellent service!
