my mother and i stopped in just before closing and richard (i hope that's his name) was the best!! he immediately came and helped us and answered all our questions, he was very sweet and informative, he didn't rush us as i know we were last minute shoppers! Thank you best buy!

I find the products top notch and the staff both in the store and in the Geek Squad area VERY nice / helpful and knowledgeable.

I really like the fact that there are no commissions anymore so that pressure on both staff and customers is gone. If you are looking to buy a computer for instance they give you a lot of very excellent information on a chart you keep .. that addresses your specific needs.

I highly recommend this store.

Placed reserve in store order. This was awesome. They had my order picked in less than 15 minutes and called the house. Got home at 5:45 from work. Got to the store at 5:55 and I paid for my item and out the door by 5:58, 2 minutes before the store closed. Well done.

As usual, being a 62 yr old man, I had an electronics issue that needed a lot of one on one time to deal with. This time it was my smartphone. We have only the one Best Buy in Brandon, and the staff there have gotten to know me well, and still don't run, but seek me out to help. I am not an illiterate electronics buffoon, just very "exacting" in how I am satisfied. Marcia and Ben saw me through it, and still are able to smile. Ben dealt with my phone issue successfully when 3 other stores, and a cell phone repair technician couldn't. My phone is half my job. The Brandon store has 5 long time employees there that are awesome to me. I appreciate them.

Went online and got them to hold an item that I needed. They called shortly after to confirm that it was being held for me. Got to Brandon and it was indeed ready. For out of town shoppers this guarantees your item will be there upon your arrival. Good job Brandon Best Buy..

This store has grown to be one of the best electronic stores in Westman. The staff is friendly helpful and will resolve issues. Back awhile ago I had an issue and left the store unhappy, today they were remarkable, they made up the old history, and I walked out happy, and will be a frequent shopper of this location again!

Awesome customer service over phone, but the big boss of brandons store was standing in my way and i said excuse me and didnt even acknowledge i was there. Better than eb games pricewise and inventory way and customer service

Very friendly, easy to approach. Very good web service. I reserved an item on there web page and when I stopped there to pick up, it was very easy and fast service.

Someone came after a bit, (instead of intruding on me), asked if help was needed, then made sure to get someone who knew more than they did when yes was said. Information was able to be given about what was asked.

Staff are very open and friendly, there to help you find what your are looking for and able to give you additional information on certain products.

Big thank you to Josh and Ana so helpful with my phone and iPad issues, what a pleasure to get great service.

Great place to get the newest electronics! Store is very spacious and lots of electronics on display.
