Best Western Plus Brandon Inn

Staff were very accommodating.
Breakfast was different, I have never had such a filling continental breakfast at a hotel before.
Cooking staff Judy, did an amazing job ensuring there was enough to eat for everyone who came through in the morning.
She greated everyone with a smile.
Will definitely be returning to enjoy some more of Judy's breakfast! ❤

Rented 2 rooms for daughters birthday the rooms were immaculate not a speck of dust.
We brought a large dog with us and they were very accommodating.
The pool hot tub and sauna were also very well kept.
Will be staying again

Best Western Brandon is a nice hotel. Grateful for a late checkout (even on a busy Friday morning).
Gluten free options at the buffet are appreciated!!
Rooms are decently clean.
Front desk service is awesome (especially Alex 😊).

Great place for groups to stay. Very well run and great staff. As a motorcoach driver I stay in many hotels of all calibers and it doesn't have to be the most expensive to be the best. Great stay! Peace.

Omg! I am beyond thrilled. We got in late last night. First, our room blew me away (king whirlpool); beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well appointed. It even has scented epsoms for the bath, how luxurious is that? But what really tickled me pink was breakfast. I could eat!!!

This Best Western Plus has dedicated gluten-free waffles and waffle maker and gluten-free bread with a dedicated toaster. Plus, the coffee maker was an automated, fresh grind machine that makes cappuccinos too!

My 2 cents to make to make it even more extraordinary would be to separate the gluten-free breakfast from the rest so as to not have cross contamination and have hand-held shower heads to be able to properly rinse off.

Best Western, you just got yourself a lifetime very happy guest! Thank you for going above and beyond.

SECOND place we can go inside on our across Canada google maps extravaganza!! Appreciate the five pillows on the bed, and the photosphere. Love the slide, and the hot tub. Did not see billiards? Would be good if you had them.

After an amazing first day at KAG Canada’s driver of the year awards in Winnipeg, we headed to Brandon for Day 2.
We stayed at Best Western Plus Brandon Inn . The general manager Connie Yanosik hooked us up in this beautiful amazing suite. We had a great soak in the tub, ordered Pizza Hut and relaxed for the night.
Amazing sleep, and then the free breakfast was a bonus!
We forgot our bathing suits to go swimming but the pool and slide looked like so much fun!!
There was a slight issue with the bill but Heather was incredibly helpful and had it fixed in no time.
I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Brandon. 10/10 stars!!

Best Western in Brandon is one of, if not the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I’ve stayed there for when my team is at provincials and they always have great service! Always so kind. The breakfast is amazing and so is the pool! The rooms and bed are very luxurious and spacious, didn’t seem like we were crammed in! So totally recommend!

Fantastic place for my family and I. We stayed there for almost a week and enjoyed the continental breakfast, coffee, pool (and hot tub), laundry and workout room.

We happened to be here during a hockey tournament where the kids (and parents) were loud late at night, but that's more on the parents then the hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly and available for help at all hours. Perfect place right off the highway!

Stayed a couple nights for a getaway/writing retreat and it was just as good as the previous two times I’ve stayed here. The room I stayed in (king bed) was very spacious and comfortable with really high ceilings. Room was very clean, the desk chair was fantastic to sit in for long periods at a time and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was great with lots of selection. Staff was terrific as well. It might not be a cheap hotel but it’s worth it.

Had an awesome stay last weekend! Staff was very accommodating especially general manager Kathy. Delicious breakfast including a make your own waffle as well as a pool with a water slide and hot tub! Spend some time in the gym, which also has a good array for different workouts. Room was very clean and super comfortable beds. Would stay again!

Rooms are spacious and clean... not sure why people are complaining about not having clean towels or rooms the staff clearly explains that they do not enter or clean the rooms daily unless requested and they do so right away when you ask them... pool was at a decent temp and hot tub was nice as was the jet tub in our room. Only complaint would be that if the pool could open one hour earlier in the morning at 8 instead of 9.

Best Western plus has been the nicest inn we have stayed in for a cheaper motel. It was very clean and had brleakfast for both my wife and I. We also had an

Automatic doors. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Pet friendly... If you bring your pet. Great accommodating staff. Modern rooms. Fabulous breakfast. Workout gym. Hot tub, sauna, pool, and pretty great full tunnel water slide. It's short but pretty fast. Once the sun goes down it's a black out going down the slide. There is definitely some "Plus" at this Best Western.

We had a great stay at the Best Western! The hotel was very clean and modern. The room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was good, and it was nice to have coffee or tea available anytime in the lobby. We especially had fun at pool and was very pleased with it being open till midnight now.

Great experience! Very clean rooms, great pool area, very nice breakfast and breakfast area. Staff was all very friendly. Beds were super comfy. Zero complaints! We'll definitely stay here again.

Fantastic staff, very clean rooms and comfortable bedding. I stayed in the double queen, king, and kitchenette suites over the course of the last month or so and had zero issues throughout my stays. Hot tub was just right after a long day of work away from home, and the lovely front desk worker turned the water slide on for me to pretend I was a kid for a little bit. Looking forward to staying here again, the next time I'm out this way.
