Went to grab sushi and they didn't have the veggie rolls. My husband asked the worker if there was any in the back and she said she would make him a fresh 12 pack single serving. Now that's customer service!!! Thanks a bunch Sobeys 😊

Ryan is great. Sobey's is ****. An intelligent person would have a cash line for cash customers who don't want to be tracked(2% off) and the rest paying banks etc 4% for cash and info on computers and phones

Probably the most amazing customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. My paper bag ripped in the parking lot and I realized when I got home that my fabric softener had rolled off. It’s been a really rough week, so that was the icing on the cake and when I called to ask about my receipt, I broke down. I can’t for the life of me remember his name, but the gentleman who helped me on the phone told me that he would drop off fabric softener to me, on him, when he was out doing deliveries. I started the conversation in tears and by the time we hung up, I had a smile on my face. Thank you so much for turning my day around.

I was helped here by two friendly staff members! I was struggling to pick a new red wine and found that their opinions on a US cabernet sauvignon did the trick! The whiskey barrel finish on that was superb. I will be back again to try another new pick. Thanks!

The staff is super friendly. Especially the ones at the front desk for customer service and all the cashiers. They will help you finding stuff around the store and the store is always very clean and filled with items

Great selection, great employees, and everything seems really fresh. The biggest plus though is you can tell that the boss cares about his employees.

Always friendly staff, clean sales floor and fully stocked up! I love shopping here for the atmosphere but also the alternative ingredients and foods that are offered in store whether gluten free, vegan or organic!

High quality meat, fruit and vegetables. Clean, Covid 19 adaptations to help keep everyone safe...customers as well as their workers. One of my favorite stores to shop in. Oh, and well organized.

This is the best place I have worked. Always clean not just the public areas but employees dining area, toilets, and work area. Very friendly and supportive colleagues. I miss this place.

I was impressed at being able to find such a wide variety of Vegan supplies and beverages and Califia Nog. I didn't have to break the bank just for vitamins and groceries. Thank you! I was able to pass the good words to Singer/Songwriter Richard Marx and Daisy Fuentes Marx who help in spreading the word of the Vegan lifestyle in their Tequila Talk podcast. Richard was looking discussing missing a Charcouterie board of cheese and wine. Their is plant based cheeses that have become just as delicious like Okanagan's Soya Cheddar loaf.
