Boston Pizza

I ordered the steak sandwich and it was over cooked and dry. The manager came out and offered to cook a new one so I accepted and the second steak was awesome. Mistakes happen and they dealt with it perfectly, thanks guys.

Really great food and wonderful atmosphere. We went on boxing day and they forgot a meal. However, they took ownership, offered a free dessert, and were very apologetic so no harm at all. Will certainly go back again!

We were in Brandon visiting family for the weekend with our two young children, one of whom is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We always find eating in a restaurant with the kids challenging, but this experience was totally different and it was all thanks to our server, Brendyn A. From the first impression, he included our children, in particular our daughter with ASD - complimenting her pirate costume that she hasn't wanted to take off in 3 days and talking about pirates with her throughout our visit. His service was exceptionally kind and made our day. He went above and beyond by bringing my daughter lemon slices on a dish when she saw that everyone else's drink had a lemon and being extra attentive to everyone's needs. He made us feel at home! We couldn't have asked for a better server, thank you again so much Brendyn. 😊👍

To long didn't read: Wonderful change of atmosphere for a BP, food was just how you'd expect it so that's always good. Would recommend this one.

Came in for their soft opening to see a BP style I personally have not seen. Nice and modernized had a fresh smell of new restaurant, like new car but better.
The service was also pleasing, fast on drink refills, orders, all the good stuff.
New booth style too booths feel much more comfortable, but that might be because they are new.
It was a nice modern take on an old style restaurant, I'll be returning and I'd suggest you give this one a try as well.

Another great experience from Boston Pizza just a different location. As a motorcoach driver I feel BP is tops for accommodating groups. Prices are high and I do feel discounts for large groups would be a good step bur the quality of food and the great service should be recognized. Good Job BP. PEACE!

Amazing pizza and service! Boston Pizza is one of my favourite pizzas, but over the past year or so we have stopped going to Boston Pizza is Winnipeg, due to low food quality.
So pleased that the pizza at this north Brandon location was just perfect. Awesome crust, sauce and fresh toppings. Service was outstanding!

It was just awesome! Great staff and tasty food! Also great price.

Was in town for work and decided to drop by here for dinner. Staff was friendly. Got to try their new Creamy Mushroom & Spinach Bake pasta and it didn't disappoint

My husband got stuck in Brandon for a few days due to icy road conditions and had dined in this restaurant all 3 days. 5-star food, nice people. Soup was delicious (every day they make different soup), ribs were superb, wings were amazing. They serve beer and offer takeout as well. We will stop by this place every time when travelling on highway 1, top notch dining experience!

Alway get chicken and mushroom fettuccine but this was the best ive had in a very very long time.

Waitress was very good always smiling ,Happy always came around to ask how our meals were This Waitress was from the Bar Side I will definitely be going back to that Boston Pizza for sure

Food was very good and had great service tonight

The absolute nicest telephone service I've ever had anywhere. Maddy, her name was or Maddie; however, you spell it. She was absolutely phenomenal at her job over the phone. It honestly sounded like she cared about her job and what customers wanted, or needed. The girl who was a delivery driver, she was phenomenal at her job as well. I couldn't have been happier with a delivery order. The price needs to come down, though however, for a large pizza and 2L. All in all, great experience.

Service was amazing ! Our waitress was amazing ! I just left and had to write a review. She was fast. We had new drinks before ours were even empty. She had a great conversation with my 5 year old. Our food was great. There was 5 of us at the table and we were all extremely happy with our food and service. I wish I had got her name because people like her deserve props for her great service.

Me and my fried were on road trip cross country, stopped for dinner at This amazing, warm place. We were greeted as we were regular customers. We both fell in love with our amazing server who went above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. She was so nice, professional and painfully beautiful made it hard for us to leave that little town behind. I wish I go back to this place and stop to say Hi and refresh my memory.

The menu always has something for everyone and there is beer on tap. I just love the fact that they cater to all ages and do it well.
It's not unusual to see a large table set for three or four generations.
The washrooms are always clean.
My daughter loves the Shirley Temples and refills rule the day.
I've gone to Boston Pizza three provinces away and found the exact same standards.
The only con.... One of their delivery drivers ran into my wife's car and no one had the decency to apologize.
Nevertheless, the serving staff make up for the short comings of the management.

Easy to say this is the best Boston Pizza establishment I have been to. Very welcoming staff, food was absolutely fantastic. You never get food that fresh tasting and delicious at just any Boston Pizza. This place went above and beyond the last two nights for a very hungry essential worker.

I drove in from Shilo to get a coffee from town and when I pulled up to where I was originally going- there was a lineup of probably 50 or more.
I pulled into Boston pizza and the lovely bartender was glad to serve me a nice hot fresh cup of coffee!

I’m glad I went in to this establishment.
Even though it was for something so small it made my days so much better!
A plus that she was friendly and glad to serve me!

The food came out very quickly, wasn't too hot or cold, it was perfect temperature. Our waitress Brittany was very cheery and professional. This was one of my better experiences at not just Boston Pizza but a restaurant in general.
