Yesterday I had the best experience with Staples Belleville by being looked after competently and patiently by your employee Kyle. I am a senior who is totally not tech savvy at all. I had bought a new HP laptop in Nov and had paid for the service to have everything transferred. I could not find any documents or any of my photos. Some of my items had not been set up or transferred. He took care of everything so well I was awed. Kyle is a keeper!

Had to buy a new desktop computer. The sales tech was so knowledgeable and explained everything in terms i could understand. His suggestions saved me money and i ordered my computer. Thanks to Kyle ..he is definitely an asset to the sales team

I routinely use Staples Belleville for colour printing of posters. Their service is fast and affordable. And, the quality of printing is very good.

I have been a long time client of Staples. I had a problem installing a purchased virus protection as my computer kept saying put a credit card in and I had already paid . Along came a great young man , Taylor. He said let me have a look. He put it in both computers. All the time smiling. I would like you to thank Taylor for going the extra mile. You are fortunate to have staff like Taylor.

Friendly and helpful. I was purchasing a router and there was only an empty box on the shelf. The person who helped me had difficulty finding the items showing in stock, but did not give up. I had to wait a bit, but was very happy they found one, as it was on a very good price!

Staples is our main go to to help us run our business. The customer service is top notch and when ever I have had an issue with products, they have always 100% resolved it. Wonderful to do business with this location.

I went in to use the print stations and was having some issues with my files not uploading and Alyssa was amazing helping me work through possible solutions. We finally found a way to print my files and now my nerdy D&D self has all the character sheets I need! Thanks so much Alyssa!

I had a great experience with Dave in the service department. He was knowledgable and friendly and kept me in the loop in regard to the progress of my device. I wasn't aware of the tech support at Staples until now but will definitely use Dave in the future! Highly recommend the services.

My husband and I went to Staples looking for a computer printer thinking we would do at least 3 other stores to find what we needed. We talked to Thomas your sale rep.

It was such a delight to have someone competent that knew all his products. He answered all our questions with great certitude. He was professional, interested , but most of all, he was very knowledgeable.

We walked out of the store with a printer that will serve our needs. If I would have to rate the service that was given to us ,Thomas gets an A+ without a doubt. Remarquable young man.

Thank you to the management team of Belleville's Staples for caring enough to select the right employees to help the costumers do the right choice for their needs. We will come back to Staples for our office supplies need. One store shop is great!

It looked like a one star review visit to Staples. Our new printer started to be difficult and thus we drove 50 km to Belleville’s STAPLES STORE to tell us what is wrong. We have left the cord at home and the clerk who was attending the counter was sending us home, because of the el. cord that was missing! Fortunately for us a gentleman ( Mr. Dave Franklin) was passing by and just asked us what is the problem. We have explained the issues, one being that the diagnoses cannot be done, due to the missing electrical cord. He just looked at the back, went to the adjacent room and in 20 second he had the cord.(!) [[ I just would like to know – how is it possible that the first “clerk” would not know this ]]!
He checked up the printer and told us what the issues are. If not him, we would have to drive another 150 ( 50 km back home plus another 100 km round trip ) to bring the printer back with the cord. Mr. Franklin knew his stuff very, very well, saved us time and a lot of kilometers of driving. He completely restored my faith for this store. Thank you !!! When I will shop there, I will shop only if he on duty!

Created a same day order for a Calendar, called the store as the website wasn't clear, expecting delays in service. Greeted by polite friendly employee, looked up my order and gave me information.

Received my item on time (shocking during the holiday season) and it was gorgeous! Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience here with a young woman named Alexa at the staples print desk. She helped me create RSVP’s for my wedding and printed and cut them for me in a matter of minutes. Incredible customer service and quite obviously enjoys her job. She deserves to be rewarded for her excellent customer service!

Went in Friday, February 10th. The man in charge of the printing “Daniel” went above and beyond to help us. It was a tough week and he helped more than we can ever say. Thank you so much.

Staples printing centre. I print menus and banners and signs for work. They are affordable, quick, and good quality. I would recommend staples printing, and will continue to use them

Its a good place to go for specific items. Like the ones you're looking for when you find yourself there... This time while I was there I purchased a cheap pair of headphones. The staff was kind and knowledgeable.. though one of them smelled a bit like old cheese, I just figured she was fermenting. Anyhow I would recommend this store to anyone..

My computer unexpectedly died making the prospect of working from home the next day impossible. I did a quick spot of research online for what computer options they had in store and then whipped over and took a look. (this was the might before the 3rd lock-down).
The young man who helped me showed me the options I had seen online, plus one that I hadn't. That one turned out to be a great deal so I got that one and was out of there within 15-20 minutes. Computer works great and I was super happy with the service and product knowledge.
