Had to return defective rubber boots today. The lady who helped was excellent. I believe her name was Christine. She located my receipt online and although my boots were just over the 100 day return timeline, she honored the manufacturers warranty, gave me an in store credit and I purchased more boots. Excellent service, great clean organized store. I will be back!

Fast and polite service! Were able to find exactly what we were looking for, and we're able to return the boots that didn't work or fit right. We were in and out in twenty some minutes and everything was handled with grace and speed. Thank you so much to the amazing people working there, and for the fabulous service!

Very well stocked, clean store. There are always sales. Yesterday, we got some sneakers for my husband, they were on reduced, and I used my Canadian tire points , so they were free! Lots of parking too. If they don't have your size, it will be shipped to you free of charge.

Went in tonight with my two children in tow to search for shoes fitting my 13 year olds leg braces. A lady named Janet helped us out. She was kind, thoughtful, patient, and empathetic. She told me what he needed, she found it, and she taught me how to do it because she said she couldn't let me go home with shoes we couldn't do ourselves. Above and beyond customer service.

Walked in to get a pair of shoes to find the lady stocking the shelves and cleaning up. She happily stopped and helped me find exactly what I needed.

We showed up 2 days before a big 30% off almost everything sale, not knowing about it. One of the sales staff was kind enough to inform us about it, so we could decide to come back then or not. We chose to come back, so they offered to keep our selections in a bag for us to get then. We ended up buying even more stuff on the sale day and got some great deals (men's boots for $55 was among them). Over half my wardrobe comes from Marks! Excellent sales and service!

I had ordered some clothing on line that needed returning. Went to the Belleville location, found what I wanted and returned the on line purchased items.
The customer service was fantastic. The young lady serving me was friendly and polite and quickly went to find items in the store room when asked if they were in stock.
She quickly came back with the requested items, processed the returns, check out the wanted items and offered me the triangle rewards card.
Even though the store was busy she was very patient, helpful and friendly and, represented what good customer service is all about.
I wish I had gotten her name so management could know who to say good job to.

Easiest return of clothing I bought online and didn't like the fit. I bought a few more pieces that were on sale for 50% off. The associate I dealt with was amazing! Kudos to Celena! She made my day a bit brighter!

Very helpful staff, especially the taller gentleman in the suit. In 1 visit I was advised on my options, had been measured, pants hemmed and paid for things. Was a good purchase experience. No pressure to buy up or down. No add on sales gimmick pressure.
