Super clean store. Tons and tons of product. If they dont have it, they generally will tell you where to source what you are looking for. There are tons of parking and nice wide aisle ways in the store. Tons of toilets in the men's room, which is rare anywhere these days. They must know construction guys drink a lot of coffee which kickstsarts their nether regions!

I went to Rona this morning and got incredible service! Staff was readily available and knowledgeable. I did not wait at all for anything. Various departments helped me pick items for my bathroom reno, put it all on a cart, dragged it to cashier then outside and loaded my car. I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks Rona staff!!!

The staff were amazing, very helpful, attentive and friendly. We were looking for a sliding door and found exactly what we needed and we got a great deal on floor model and on another gorgeous exterior door as well. Everyone was super helpful. Great experience!

My go to hardware store In the area. Staff is for the most party friendly and knowledgeable. The garden centre here is pretty solid also, they usually have what I need, and the prices are competitive.

Liking it much better than your old store.

I had a spectacular experience at Lowe's this past Friday. There is so much truth in the fact that people make all the difference, and ALL the people we encountered were INCREDIBLE. We were scouting self-propelled lawnmowers and there were a couple of models we wanted to look at -- on display up on a shelf. The place was pretty busy -- BUT -- we were attended to in good time by friendly, super helpful people who did not ONCE give the impression that anything was inconvenient or too much, or a pain in the butt. I watched Gem multi-task like a pro and manage multiple customers smoothly and without a beat -- all while helping us look for the boxed mower we ultimately decided on. Rob B. was absolutely stellar. He provided great insights on both models we were looking at, and made himself available to get a lift and pull a boxed one down from the very top shelf after after Gem successfully located where they were hiding. While I was waiting (and browsing, and dreaming about buying half the stuff in the store), Janeen took the initiative to greet me, and ask me if I needed anything or had been helped, when she easily could have pretended she did not see me standing there. SUCH AMAZING PEOPLE! Incredible customer service, exemplary teamwork. Gem set me up with my purchase in the system so I just had to give the cashier my phone number. I recognized Kelly, the cashier, from the other day when I was in the garden centre and she had been working there. I dropped my debit card between the wall and the cash register in the booth she was working in, and she was SO good-natured about crawling under the table to retrieve it. We met Brenda (I think that's her name -- she has awesome colours in her hair) in the plumbing section. She stuck with us until we had everything we needed and had mind-blowing knowledge of where everything was located. I cannot compliment these people enough for their genuine, helpful, friendly professionalism and extensive knowledge -- it was the most pleasant, enjoyable shopping experience I've had in a while. So much that I ended up purchasing MORE than originally planned because I was so happy to be in a place that consistently employed such an incredible team of wonderful folks. They are your power -- and they are doing a fabulous job. Thank you to all of them!

I am remodelling a bathroom and as I am an 82 year old lady, I needed a lot of assistance to buy the vanity and other fixtures I needed. The salesperson gave me all the help I needed to make informed decisions. When she wasn’t sure on one of my questions she cheerfully got extra help from another salesperson. Helpful, friendly and I felt secure that I was, with their help getting all the info I needed.

I have been to this store many times and each time have found the floor staff very friendly and helpful. The store is typically clean and well stocked. Last visit we picked up a large load of lumber, the cashier offered to call for assistance with the loading of it if we wanted. Although we declined it's nice to know this is offered.

Great service especially in hardware. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the hardware and the tapered drill bits. Taught use a few new things. Didn't catch her name but said her father told her all this info. Clean and tidy store. Thanks

Great store very helpful staff

I have bought 3 major appliances here. The most recent was a washing machine that was delivered Aug. 15, 2021. The delivery men were excellent in bringing it in and installing it quickly and efficiently without a hitch; very pleasant and helpful. I find Lowes excellent to deal with. They care about customer satisfaction which makes a big difference when purchasing a major appliance.

My husband and I went in for a snowblower, and the sales associate Janine was the most helpful staff member I have ever had at any store I've been to. She showed us every step on how to use and care for it so it will last for years to come. Best experience ever!

Came in for a new BBQ, we knew which one we wanted but needed some assistance. Although help was requested no one showed up. Went home and ordered online and when I picked it up the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Most staff would have said it wouldn't fit in my car but they persevered and I'm a very happy customer ❣

If you like my review, give it a thumbs up! My Curbside Pick-up order was quickly made available. Lowe's "Clearance" prices are the only store that understands what clearance pricing is. I got an plumbing shutoff value for 80% off what other stores were charging as it was in clearance.
