Amazing staff!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a welcoming greeting! The blonde lady helped me with my pair of shoes and gave me all the time I needed. I’m sure it wasn’t easy as I am very picky with my shoes and made them grab me a bunch of different ones lol. Overall, it’s a very good store with amazing customer service and the deals are spectacular! I will be back to get some more shoes!!!

Poor customer service. The staff with blonde hair has no idea how to deal with customers. She looks like she is forced to be working there. She even grabbed the shoes that I was still trying on. Staff like her make it difficult to purchase from the store. That store really requires better staff

Went in to the store today evening(November 10 2023) to buy a winter boot. The staff was really rude. She didn’t even greet us. Never asked for any help and this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I asked for a specific size of a boot and she was not even interested in showing it to me. Wouldn’t let me try the shoes and appeared to be very rude and racist too. Never going back again. Not sure what her name is( short lean blonde haired girl). She shouldn’t be working there.

Staff with Blond hair has no customer service skills. And super rude attitude toward people of colour. Not even greeting and welcoming customers.

EXTREMELY rude staff. Especially the girl with dyed blonde hair. Black roots and dark blue eyeshadow. I will never returned because of her poor attitude
